We slowly open the door and see bodys strewn across the floor. They had bullet holes in their heads or thighs or chest or back and more. There was a little blood seeping from these unknown peoples wounds. This looked light it was pretty recent. Maybe only a day old. Minho kicked a hand gun beside a body and remarked "What the hell happened here?", Thomas turns in a full circle "I don't know.", We see 2 people on tables under blankets with big holes in their chests that were still leaking blood. The cloths covering them were soaked with blood. We walked into a big room filled with screens upon screens and a huge test scanner. I felt like I recognized this place. Newt walked up to a screen that showed pictures of the glade, the maze entrances, the medjack hut, Fry's kitchen, homestead and more. "So, they've been watching us the entire time.", he whispered and looked at me. I was crouched on the ground looking at odd looking test tubes with blue stains in them. I hear a button click and see Tommy clicked it. A lady in all white appears on the screen. "Hi my name is Doctor Ava Paige, by the time you see this, it may be to late but, I would like to inform you that you have completed the maze trails...", she trails off, explaining all about the maze and why were put there and answered all our questions. Then, Ava holds a gun to her head and her last words were "And remember, Wicked is Good." I look away as I hear a gunshot. I couldn't watch. Newt's hand slips into mine. Tommy turns too and we see Ava's body. We start to walk towards it when a black door opens. Hot air whooshes in. Everyone turns and we gather in front of the door. "She said we were special!", Newt states. "I guess we're free!", Chuck cheers and we start to walk out the door. We hear Gally's voice behind us and spin around. "No, no you can't leave. The Maze is our home. You can't leave." His hand shakes, a gun pointed at Thomas. It was clear he was stung. I shuffle behind Newt, scared. Minho grips his pole tighter beside me. "Listen Gally, we can help you, your not thinking staright! Just put the gun down and come with us." Thomas trys to reason and calm Gally. Next thing I know, Chuck was falling, Gally was on the floor with a stick in his shoulder,
and Thomas was on his knees balling. I ran up to Chuck. He looks at us and takes his last breath. "NO NO NO NO CHUCK PLEASE NO, COME BACK PLEASE!" I scream sob. I hear soldiers come through the door and pull me off Chuck. I scream and kick and push away but, they were to strong. Finally, I gave up. I was thrown into the helicopter, into Newt's lap. I curl into him and a guy speaks beside us. "Take a breath kids, everything is gonna change." He pants. We look out the window. We were all broken, brusied and hurt. As we rise up, we see the entire maze and glade. It was massive and it took us 4 years to escape! I guess this is the beginning of a new adventure. I snuggle into Newt who wraps his arms around me and we fall asleep.
