Teri's POV
I sat outside waiting for Sherri, I knew I should have gone with her.
As soon as she pulled up I walked out to her car and opened the door.
"Baby." I looked at sherri who had a red face and swollen eyes like she had been crying.
"What happened my love?" I grabbed her hand,
"C-can we get the boys to bed first?"
"Yeah. Of course."
We got the boys and took them to there room and put them in bed.
As soon as we got downstairs Sherri wrapped her arms around me and hugged me.
"Sherri." I said as I rubbed her back?
"What happened?"
"H-he. He tried to kiss me. I-I tried to leave b-but he wouldn't let me."
I took i deep breath and held her close.
"Baby he just wasn't thinking. He missed you and made a stupid decision. I'll go talk to him before we go to work in the morning."
"No Teri don't it will make things worse I just want to forget about it. Can we just cuddle?"
I couldn't help but smile, but I was still going to talk to Kamar even if Sherri said no.
"Okay my love."
It wasn't soon after we sat down when we fell asleep.
The morning was pretty crazy, we both were rushing to leave the house and get to work, I decided to still stop by and talk to Kamar.
"What do you want Teri."
"Well. I would to start out by saying hello to you too. And second. Don't you ever. Put your hands on Sherri again."
Kamar just crossed his arms and rolled his eyes,
"Look. It's just a matter of time before Sherri wants to be with me again."
I took a deep breath,
"And if that day comes then she'll leave me. Now since she is my girlfriend I would like you to leave her alone."
I quickly got into my car and drove to work.
Sherri's POV
Once I got to I was wondering why Teri was here she left about 5 minutes before me.
"Hey Sherri wheres Teri?" Maia asked as she took a sip of her tea.
"She probably went to go talk to Kamar." I said sharply,
"What happened?"
"Nothing she just wanted to go talk to him about the boys"
I honestly didn't want to talk about what happened last night.
"Oh are they okay?"
"Yeah they're fine" I smiled and quickly walked outside, and of course as soon as I walk out Teri is right there walking toward the door
"Really. I told you not to go over there."
I crossed my arms and looked at her,
"Sherri. He needs to learn that you two aren't together. I didn't do anything to him. We simply had a conversation-"
"After the fact that I told you not to. I can't believe you still went to talk to him after I said not to."
Teri was now getting upset,
"I was helping you. He thinks you two are going to get back together someday. He needs to understand that you aren't getting back with him."
"Teri thank you for helping me." I wrapped my arms around her,
"But next time let me talk to Kamar. Okay?"
She nodded and kissed me.
"Let's go and get to work." I grabbed her hand and walked into the building.
