Teri's POV
We laid in bed for a couple more hours just cuddling, I mean who doesn't like cuddling right?
"Can we go out tonight? The kids come home tomorrow and I want to go out."
She looked up at me and nodded,
"That sounds great" she said as we both sat up.
"Good, I'm gonna go take a shower."
I kissed her cheek and got out of bed,
She smiled and looked at me.
I smiled back and walked into the bathroom.
As I was in the shower I just closed my eyes and thought about the first time we meet, I walked out and saw this amazingly beautiful woman, she was a bit shy and a-little aloof. I just couldn't help but to look into her beautiful Brown eyes and think "There is something different about this woman."
Sherri's POV
I laid in bed while Teri was in the shower, I laid there thinking about the first time I meet Teri. She was so up front, and well the exact opposite of me. I never thought that we would have became Bestfriends, let alone my girlfriend.
After she got out of the shower I took one and then quickly got ready. I was actually pretty nervous to go on a date with Teri, what if I say something stupid.
"Sherri are you ready?!"
Teri yelled from the front door.
"Yeah! I'll be down in a second!!"
I quickly checked myself in the mirror and walked down stairs.
I looked at Teri who had a big smile on her face.
"Ready?" I said as I walked out of the house.
We went out for dinner at Olive Garden, afterwards Teri and I decided to walk around for a-little while, "Hey come on" Teri grabbed my hand and pulled me into a little ice cream place and bought us some ice cream.
"Hey Sher?" She said as she grabbed my hand,
"Yes?" I smiled.
"Remember the first day we meet?" I nodded
"Well that moment I knew there was something different about it. And all this time I couldn't really fully figure out what made you so different..."
She looked into my eyes,
"... You were different because you are who I should be with. Your the one I love. I love you."
As she said those words looking into my eyes, I knew she meant it.
"I love you too." I said as I looked into hers, she smiled and cupped my cheek in her hand.
"I hope these feelings never go away."
She said softly as she slowly kissed me.
I moved away a-little "I hope so too."
I smiled and put my forehead against hers.
