Dear Finn
I want to start by saying sorry. I'm sorry for leaving you and without saying goodbye officially but I suppose this will be my goodbye. I want you to know that your the only man I will ever love and I know you will hate me after reading this but I can't stay here. You made my time in small Heath so special I learnt things about myself that I never new and that's thanks to you I came here as a girl but I'm leaving as a woman with a responsibility.
Your probably wondering why I have left but I can't tell you that at this point in time because you will hate me more but what I can say is that you will be better without me. At the time you are reading this I will be gone somewhere far but father doesn't know where he's taking us yet. I love you Finn and I'm so sorry I will hopefully be able to see you one day again always yours (y/n).
Your POV
As I finished writing the letter the tears had started spilling on the envelope I quickly sealed it and put it on my dressing table I knew that when Finn would come in the morning he would look through the window met with and empty room but a white envelope on the dark table.
Father:(y/n) come down we need to get to the boats.
I took one last look at the room that held so many memories the first time Finn came to my room was through the window and he still does.
I felt a light brush of a had and instantly recognised it as my mother's.
Mother:come on darling we're going to miss the ships.
I instantly turned into her as the tears got to much.
(Y/n): I'm gonna miss him mum.
Mother;darling some times people come into your life so you can learn more about yourself and if it meant to be the stars will align and then you will be back together but right now your not.now come down the stairs so we can leave
I nodded and finally closed the door as we got on the ship to Liverpool I new that I wouldn't see Finn for a long time.
Time skip 5 years
As I walked back into the city that only held pain I walked through the streets that hadn't changed in years. I walked by the garrison.
My body froze as soon as I heard his laugh followed by a girls giggle I looked up and seen him.
Finn(y/n) is that you ?
Y/n:hey
My heart was pounding as our eyes met.the girl he was with had a walked further away.
Finn:what are you doing here
Y/N: I was passing through and wanted to see you.you've changed Finn look more like a blinder then when I left.
He smiled
Finn:I'm a man now you haven't been here in 5 years
Y/n:it's still true you know.
Finn:what is
Y/n:what I said in the letter.I'll never love anyone again.
Finn grabbed me by the back of my head pulled me in. The same butterflies erupted in my stomach he still had the same affect on me.as we ran out of breath our lips parted we both Rested our foreheads on each other.
I looked into his eyes.
Y/n:I love you Finn can you forgive me
Finn: I will always forgive you.
We kissed again.
My mothers words replayed in my head "if it's meant to be it will"
