Avengers Compound:

Alyssa climbed out of the backseat and smiled at Clint, who was standing in the doorway.

"Who gave you a ride?" He asked

"Some friends from school." She replied, gesturing to Peter as he got out of the car.

"Hi Mr. Clint." Peter said as he helped Mj climb across the center console.

His passenger side door was stuck shut.

"You're friends with Peter and Mj?" Clint said slowly "This should be fun."

"Met them today. Peter wouldn't let me walk or take the bus." She shrugged

"It's cause she's hot isn't it?" Mj whispered as they walked behind Alyssa

"Not entirely." He replied quietly.

They entered the building and Alyssa climbed up on the counter. Peter smiled at her as she perched.

"What?" She asked, stealing a banana from Sam as he walked past

"Hey! That's my banana!" Sam yelled

"Mine now." She said, sticking her tongue out.

"Mature." Peter laughed

"I don't have to be mature. He's uncle Sam."

"Why have I never met you before?" He asked "I'm here all the time."

"Dad doesn't let me come here often." She said "Makes him nervous."

"Why?" MJ asked

"He's a little...protective." She said

"I would be too." Peter said

"Why's that?" She asked

"Well you're just so-um-you're really-"

MJ was laughing quietly at Peter's attempt at complimenting her when the door opened.

"Hey kid!" Bucky called out to Alyssa

"Hey Mr. Winter soldier-i mean Bucky. Sir." Peter said, thankful for a distraction from his fumbling

"Hey dad!" Alyssa said

"Dad?" Peter asked

"So...Black Widow's your mom." Mj said slowly "And the winter soldier is your dad?"

"Yeah?" Alyssa said

She didn't understand why everyone was always so shocked by that. She didn't see Bucky as intimidating.

"Have a good first day?" Bucky asked, walking over to Alyssa and kissing the top of her head.

Alyssa nodded

"Except for this guy being a jerk. Yeah." She replied

"Oh?" Bucky asked

Alyssa rolled her eyes, he'd made his murder face.

"Don't worry. She can handle herself j\st fine." Peter laughed "Flash is never living that down."

"What did you do?" Bucky asked, exasperated

"He touched me so I twisted his arm." She shrugged "Next time I'll break it."

"No you won't."

"He'd learn to keep his hands to himself."

Mj was staring in awe. Scary girls were her thing

"Mr. Barnes. No offense but your daughter's hot." She said without thinking

"Mj!" Peter hissed

"You were thinking it." She said

"Dead. We're dead." Peter whispered

"She is!"

"You think I'm hot?" She teased

"Oh her boyfriend's not gonna like that." Bucky chuckled.

Alyssa shook her head. 

"Yeah. Let's not say that in front of Harry." She said "ever."

She smiled at them.
