Pain shot through my body, it felt like I was being shot by something. But it was bad on a specific part on my body but, I couldn't find it, rather, I can't pinpoint where it hurt the most. It blended in not as gracefully as the others. There I lied on the floor, in pain and suffering.
"Hey Killer heard a thump and-" they paused, who was it? Whoever it was they began to laugh. "Stars, you're more stupid than I thought, hahahaha!" Definitely Dust.
How did thay skeleton not see how much pain I was at the moment? Was the sight so funny? "Help..me up." My voice gave out.
"Get up yourself I'm too lazy." He said, I could just see the smirk on his face, even if I wasnt even looking at him.
"Stupid Dream..he forced me to sleep so I forced myself to..get up." My arms gave up at my own weight, the pain too much to bare. So I just lied there.
There was a short silence before I was picked up. Purple magic surrounded me and carried me over to Dust as he made his way over to Nightmares office. Of he was going to lock me there, he should really just lock me in my room, not like I didn't do that already back at my au.
I was surprised on how gentle Dust was carrying me, it wasnt harsh in any way, holding me as if I would shatter into bits. Was I sure this was Dust and not Killer or someone else? Dust knocked on the door before letting himself in, not even waiting for anyone to respond to him knocking. Yeah no, this was most definitely Dust. Killer would have waited, impatiently, but still waited.
"I'm a tad busy right now, Dust- what are you doing with [y/n] like that?" Nightmare instantly stopped working as I turned to him. Mistake, I hissed in pain as my neck moved.
"Your brother did something to them on their sleep. There was a loud thump and when I came to their room bam on the floor half asleep." He explained. Did I fall asleep standing up and then fell, or I fell down and he just watched me suffer? It seems like a Dust thing he would do.
"Dream?" He asked, his tone venomous. "Set them down, Dust you may go."
He nodded and left, Nightmare turned to me and I massaged my neck, still in pain. "That litte positive ball said he forced me mind into a state of sleep so he could talk to me." Nightmare waved his hand as if telling me to continue. "He talked about how you've put me under some kind of spell and he would rescue me. Then he went on about changing my SOUL trait to positivity-"
Nightmare sat up, "What?! Dream can't do that without your SOUL actually letting him right? He can't just come in here change your SOUL and walk out, right!?"
"He needs to have my body and SOULS full approval of his energy in order for him to actually change my trait..." I reassured him, he sounded so genuinely upset.
"Good...I dont want him messing with you- the plans. I cannot have him ruin this I've never been so close to defeating him." He corrected. Before he spoke again he grabbed me using one of his tentacles, setting me on his lap? "I mean, he doesnt have a positive SOUL in his grasp so if he manages to defeat me I'll be worried for my teams strength."
"Nighty?""Especially because we have them outnumbered by a 3 more if the others come back in time, or want to help us again."
"Nighty...!"
"Ugh and dont get me started on how awful these guys can be at teamwork. They cant even-"
"NIGHTY!" I finally managed to get his attention, "You're rambling and I dont know if you've noticed but you're playing with my hair."
If you have long hair
Nightmare had made a braid with my hair, and it looked really nice! If it wasnt for him to change the way he was running his skeletal hands through my hair. It was so gentle beforehand, so kind and the fact he didnt know he was doing this made it better. He actually found comfort on doing an activity with me, I might be getting to him and he might be getting to me too..
