"Callie!" Timothy calls from the kitchen.

I come down from the second floor where I was drawing with Spencer and the kids. I leave Spencer there to color with them.

"Hey bud do you need help with homework?" I ask as I go into the kitchen.

"No you got this invite in the mail." He hands me a yellow invitation.

"Okay is your homework done?" I ask him.

He nods his head "All done."

"Okay you can go play with the Nintendo but I'll be checking your homework." He dashes to the living room and picks up the Nintendo and starts playing Mario Kart.

I turn my focus back to the invitation. I open it inside a picture of me from my senior year of high school. I was only 11 in the picture and I looked really bad.

My braces and coke bottle glasses made me look like a circus clown. My hair was messily parted down the middle and pulled back into two separate braids.

I chuckle at the photo I turn the card over it reads.

'You're invited to your 15 year high school reunion!

The reunion will be held in the gymnasium at Capital Hill High school, at 6 o clock, February 18th.

Spouses are welcome no children please.'

It's really been fifteen years since I left Tennessee to go become a doctor and never had I ever looked back.

I set the invitation back down on the counter the reunion was in a week from today. I return my focus back to Timothy's homework, math was good, he did his English homework, his science poster was done in time for the science fair, and his history homework was on point.

I go back into the living room I grab the books in the series little women and begin turning the pages.

By the time I was done it was dark outside. "Okay Timothy time for bed." He puts the Nintendo back on its stand and goes up the stairs.

Spencer comes down and goes into the kitchen I had completely forgotten about the invitation.

"Your invited to your 15 year high school reunion." He recites.

"Yeah that came in the mail today." I say getting up from the couch and heading to the kitchen island where he was standing.

"Well what should I wear?" He asks his voice was inquisitive.

"I don't know if I want to go." I say back to him.

"Why not it'll be fun you can catch up with your old friends." He says looking at me.

I give him a what-do-you-think-genius face. "I was the only 11 year old in the senior class Spencer I didn't have 'friends' I had bullies I had A LOT of those."

He kisses my forehead "then go to prove to them they don't mean shit."

I hit him slightly because since the twins were born we had a semi-strict no swearing rule in the house.

My phone starts buzzing on the counter as he kisses me. The nickname 'Babygirl' lights up the digital screen.

I answer the call. "Hey PG what's up?"

"We have a case, we're going to need BOTH you and Reid for this one."

"Why can't I stay?" Ever since the twins were born one of us always worked a case from home.

"Callie it's in Cleveland Tennessee, your home town, okay it's a serial killer we need you, you know more about the area and we need Reid's help. I'll come over and watch the kids." She says.
