Christmas Time

"Ow SHIT!" I hear Timothy yell from the living room.

I dash in I see him with blood on his face he'd gotten hit in the face with a book that fell off of the bookshelf.

"You okay?" I ask.

"Yeah sorry I said shit I won't say it again."

"It's okay let's get your face cleaned up."

After I'd helped him clean of his face I make my way into the living room. Penelope would be livid since I hadn't put up the Christmas tree yet or the stockings. Even though it was two days till Christmas.

The team was on the case Spencer and I still took turns working a case from home.

May as well put up the tree now

"Hey Timothy can you help me put up the tree?"

He comes in the living room we soon have the tree put up. We didn't normally decorate our Christmas tree we normally left it plain.

"Hey Callie?" Timothy asks me.

"Yeah what's up bud?"

"Can I go over to Tyler's house tonight please! I already finished my English homework."

I roll my eyes "of course tell his mom to come pick you up."

His face lights up like the Grizwald house from Christmas Vacation.

He texts his friend and starts packing up his things for the sleepover.

I sigh knowing I still had Christmas shopping to do. Then it dawned on me.

I pull out my cell and call 'Lily'

"Hey girl what's up?"

"Okay I NEED to go Christmas shopping you wanna come with? The kids are at daycare until 8 tonight."

"Um yes girl a girls shopping trip!"

"Okay cool can we go to the mall at 4?"

"Sounds good Jacks at a friends house so I'll be there. Bye see ya soon!"

"Bye girly see ya soon!"

I hang up the phone before I even put it back in my pocket I get a call from Spencer I open it immediately.

"Hey Princess we caught him we're getting on the jet now be there at about 9."

"Okay that's great baby, Tim's going to Tyler's house today for a sleepover, and Lily and I are going Christmas shopping." He put the phone on speaker and didn't warn me before I said "And I think Santa won't be the only one coming this year after you see one of your gifts from me."

"Hey Cal!" Rossi says through the other line.

"Was I on speakerphone?"

Different ways of confirmation come through the line. "I swear Spencer I'm gonna kill you!"

"We both know you love me Princess."

" what if I don't."

"You seemed to think differently last night that's for sure."

I hang up the phone the odacity of Spencer Reid!

Tyler's mom knocks on the door "hey Jaime how are you girl?"

"I'm good girl, oh crap I'm running behind I have errands to run."
