Chapter 1

Sophie.

I woke up with my alarm going off.
I got up from the bed, did my hygiene and went downstairs to have breakfast.

- Good morning Sophie! - said my mother, already sitting at the table waiting for me;

- Good Morning. - he said to her:

- What is breakfast? - I asked;

- The same. - she said to me smiling;

I sat next to her at the table.

- Have you packed your bags? - told me;

- Not yet but I will finish today. - he said putting food in his mouth;

- You better hurry up because your dad is coming to get you today. - said my mother;

- Today?! But I thought it was for the week! - I said;

- I told you yesterday, you even put it on your calendar so you don't forget. - said my mother;

- Why can't I stay here with you? - I asked;

- Sophie Peters, we already talked about this. - said my mother;

- Okay, I'll pack my bags. - I say and get up from the table;

I left the kitchen and went to my room, to pack the rest of my suitcase.

Honey, come your dad is out there! - screams my mother;

- OK! - I shouted back;

I took my bag already packed on my cell phone and my other important things and went down the stairs to say goodbye to my mother.

- Answer my cell phone when I call you, be careful with the boys there, do whatever your father says. - said my mother;

- Alright, mom. - I said with a smile;

- And good luck at school. - she continues;

- Thanks. - I said hugging him;

- I love you! - said my mother;

- Me too. - she said;

I left the house and got in the car with my father.

- Hi Dad. - I say;

- Hi Sophie. - he replied;

- Are you ready to go? he asked;

- Yes let's go. - I tell you;

He started the car and we drove to the airport.

- I have a surprise for you! - says my father;

- Omg. What is? - I say;

- It's there in California waiting for you. - he replied;

- I'm looking forward to seeing it! - I say;
