Chapter 10

So, long time no upload..... and i'm sorry for that, i've been kinda busy, lazy and I wanted to write some more chappies out before I actually typed them up and posted that...I hope you enjoy this chappie. Pic is Jake

"Lilly....Lilly....Lilly,wake up." Leo called.

"Ugh, huh? Um, where are we?" I asked rubbing my head.

"We're in the infirmary." He replied.

"Aren't you suppose to be in class right now?" I asked.

"Yeah, but we couldn't let you sit in this boring place by yourself." Jake replied coming into the room followed by the rest of the crew (boyfriends, girlfriends, and Kay included).

"Aren't 'some' of you missing an important test?" I asked looking at Amy.

"Knowing you're ok is way more important than some stupid test." She replied, earning gasps from all of us.

"What, it's true." She said.

"Isn't this going to ruin you guy's records?" I asked.

"Like we said, who cares." They all said in usion.

"And besides, that's more Amy's thing.....Was Amy's thing." Jake added earning a slap to the back of the head from Amy.

"See you guys. Later. Go back to class." I replied pushing them out of the room.

"See ya." They called back before the door closed.

"So, what class were you suppose to be in?" I asked Leo.

"Professor Rich." He replied nonchalantly.

"What?! That man never let's anybody out of class." I said in shock.

"Who said I asked to leave." He replied.

"Amanda has so rubbed off on you." I stated.

"No, but come on. We gotta get going." He replied.

"The bell hasn't even rung yet." I stated.

As soon as I did the bell rang. We left the infirmary going in separate directions.

"Knock, knock." Leo called in my head.

"Yes?" I replied.

"What class do you have next?" He asked.

"Gym. You?" I said.

"Vampire Training. Oh, and I hope you're ready for some backboard dodgeball." He replied and the connection broke.

I turned the corner and spotted Dess at the end of the hall walking my way. I turned around and ran the other way, taking the longer way to the gym with Dess hot on my tail. After a while, I looked behind me and she wasn't there; but when I turned back around she was standing right in front of me.

"How did you get here so fast?" I asked

"It's my power. Why have you been avoiding us?" She countered.

" I haven't been avoiding you, I've just been taking the hallways you don't use." I said

"That's avoiding me, and stop side tracking and tell me what's going on." She yelled.

"Maybe later." I replied and turned to leave just as the kids started flooding the hall.

"I have a feeling you'll tell me sooner." She said then vanished.

I used my speed to get to class just as the bell rung. We started with the regular stretches and warm-ups before we got into the game. I was the last person standing, but the funny thing about it was, I didn't even use my powers like the rest of the kids. So after a few games we put the balls up and got to do anything we wanted, so I grabbed a volleyball and played against the wall.
