little footsteps are heard running down the hall, small giggles are also heard and the avengers who are all in the living room (minus tony) lookup in curiosity, the avengers just came back after the whole civil war incident

(Ik peter was involved as a teen in this but I aged him down because of this idea)

they then hear a voice that sounds really close to tony's that's just a bit more rough saying "I'm gonna get you bambino!" it has been a long while since they've seen him but they just dismiss the thought since it would make so sense that the tony stark was chasing a child around in his tower, a few seconds later a little boy with the cutest brown curly hair runs out into the living room and stops and just stares at the avengers. tony runs out and lifts him up and smiles "I caught y-" He gets cut of by Steve "Tony?-.....since when did you have a kid?"

(imma say they haven't spoken in like......4 years so imma say peter was born right after the avengers left so peter is about four)

Tony just looks at him and places peter down crouching to his level "Hey Petey can you do a favour for daddy and go play with mommy for a little bit...I shouldn't be too long" peter hesitates and glance's at the other people in the room before nodding with a small smile "Okay daddy" He walks back down the hallway leaving tony and the rouge avengers alone in the living room Tony stands up again saying nothing they stand in awkward silence for about 4 minutes and then someone finally breaks the silence

Natasha clears her throat "Cute kid" She says with a small almost not noticeable smile that only people close to her can Really see Tony smiles back "Thanks nat" he says kind of mumbling
steve sighs "Tony.....I know we weren't supposed to come until next week but I just couldn't wait I'm so sorry" tony's eyes widen but then he slightly chuckles "Always with a heart of gold aye cap?" he looks steve in the eyes "  I can't forgive you fully yet but I say we just try to stay on good terms you can all stay in your old rooms and we can all just warm up to each other again" steve smiles "Sounds good"

Clint interrupts their conversation "Can we meet your kid?" Tony smiles and nods "I'll go get him" Natasha looks to steve "Are you sure this is going to go well?"

Steve says nothing for a bit as tony walks in with peter both starks smiling brightly
peter greets everyone with a giggle and a wave 

Steve turns to Natasha

"I'm completely sure nat"

(i have major writer's block but I just got this small idea so eh)
