Peter was sitting there on the floor beside his aunt she was holding a picture of her peter and 

ben a gunshot straight through her heart her eyes were open wide in shock yet she had a calm 

smile on her face peter was sobbing he was breaking he couldn't take much more of the pain

he called Tony a few minutes ago he couldn't get a single word out so tony started rushing over 

still, on the phone, he tried to calm peter down peter could hardly make out his words

"k--id yo---otta talk to me calm down im on my way"

"Mr....s...stark....m...may....sh..shes"

"kid focus on my voice dont talk focus on my voice"

"i... I can't breath"

"shit" tony mumbles" okay kid im five minutes away hang in there"

five minutes later peter can hear the whirring of the iron suit he just keeps sitting by mays body

tony rushes in and sees peter and may "Oh god kid" he rushes to peter and wraps his arms around him

"M..Mr stark s..he's gone im alone now I have no one what will I do ill have to go into fost--"

"No zip it kid No speaking no protesting im taking you in even if they say i cant"

Peter looked up shocked "wait for real?"

tony smiles "of course"
