Aether x Zhongli

"Ugh! I mean seriously what does she even see in that guy!?" I yell to myself. My sister, Lumine, has apparently met "the love of her life" and won't stop hanging out with him! I mean come on we just reunited after years and your gona hang out with a guy more than me!?
"Hey! Aether!~" I hear a familiar voice call from behind me. It was my gorgeous sister next to the annoying red-head I was talking about. Oh Zhongli is also with them...
"O-oh.. hey guys" I say, I was a little nervous because I didn't know if they heard me being upset earlier... but based on their facial expressions I don't think they did.
"Xiangling is throwing a huge feast tonight for everyone! She said you were on the guest list so we wanted to let you know, wanna come?" Lumine asks. I take a second to think about it and glare at Childe, then Zhongli, "No thanks, I think I'm gona stay here for the day" I respond, getting a bit of a reaction out of Lumine.
"But it would be so fun! Come on..." she says sadly, I must admit it, I hate seeing her sad.
I then see the red-head put his hand on her shoulder and say "don't worry you'll have me there!" And Lumine's frown quickly goes away.
"You know what, I changed my mind, let's go!" I say angrily after seeing the boy persuade her. I could feel Zhongli staring me down... made me feel a little weird but it's nothing to worry about.

The four of us finally made it to the party and see almost everyone there. Keqing, Nigguang, Xinyan, and even Xinqui convinced Chongyun to come. I felt so out of place... it seemed like everyone had friends to hangout with but I don't even have Lumine any- "Aether" I hear a deep voice talk behind me. I quickly turn around and see the tall, handsome man Zhongli standing only a few inches away from me. This made me blush a little a look away from his gaze.
"Y-yes Zhongli?" I say nervously, I could tell he was still staring at me.
"Let's... talk somewhere more private" he says grabbing my hand and leading me to an empty room. It was kind of small and a little claustrophobic.
"W-what did you n-need?" I stutter, I could feel my face get hot... why is that?
"Are you okay? I heard you fussing earlier but I didn't know what it was about" he says. My eyes widen and immediately go on regret... he wasn't supposed to hear that, no one was! Except I kinda wish Lumine did, but why Zhongli!?
"I-it was n-nothing..." I say, but I could feel my face starting to tear up... what the hell is happening to me!?
"Are you sure? You seem a little sad.." he says a little worried.
I couldn't hold back anymore, I bursted out into tears, "WHYYY" I whine to the taller boy. I saw his eyes widen and immediately pull me in a tight hug around my waist. 'This feels kinda nice' I thought while being hugged by the boy.
"Shh...shh... there there, let it out" he says, his words were so comforting and so- never mind, I just need to focus on me to stop crying.

After I explained everything to Zhongli about why I've been so upset lately he laughed a little. "H-hey! What's so funny?" I whine.
"Hahaha I'm sorry, it's just I didn't expect someone as tough as you to be so cute" he says. My face goes hot red and I hide my face in my hands. What was he saying?
"Aether, look at me~" I hear his soothing voice whisper in my ear. I look up at his golden eyes, I was about to hide my face again when I feel his arms grab ahold of both my wrists.
"H-hey! Stop" I say, "No, I wanna see your face" he says. I stop resisting and just let him look.
"Aether, can I kiss you?" He says, "W-WHAT!?" I scream, it was so sudden, my whole body felt hot. "Sorry, it's just I've been wanting to for a while now and I feel this is the perfect time" he says. 'He's been wanting to kiss me?' I thought blushing more.
"J-Just on the head... not lips though" I say. I look at his face get a little disappointed, probably cause he wanted the lips, but he quickly moved in and smooched my forehead, making me blush like crazy.
"Aether, do you wanna be my boyfriend?" He asks. "I-I think so..." I respond. I felt him pull me in a tighter hug then before, it felt so genuine and comforting... maybe...

Maybe Lumine just got someone before me...
