Lexa POV

A few days have passed and still no water. Although, the sky was gray and cloudy so Lexa had a little hope.

Lexa has never felt worse in her life. Her head was throbbing, her throat was dry along with many other things. The list could go on forever. It was cold out so Clarke made sure Clarke was warm enough, putting aside her own needs.

Clarke would tell her off for not caring about herself enough. Clarke made Lexa put a hoodie they found on. Lexa watched Clarke as she slept while watching out for sharks.

Sharks were getting more common as the days passed. They saw dolphins a couple of days ago and that was their excitement for the week.

Both of them were on edge from the lack of food and water. Sleeping was the only way they would feel okay. Lexa laid back down and shut her eyes, letting sleep overcome her again.

Lexa didn't know how much time passed when she felt something hit her face. Lexa moved her head, not opening her eyes. Another feel drops hit her head.

Lexa sat up and opened her eyes. Lexa looked around and saw Clarke doing the same. "Lexa! It's raining!" Clarke said, with the biggest smile on her face. The rain started to come down.

They both laughed and they hugged happily. "We need to collect this." Lexa said, looking around for something to use.

Lexa dug through the small pile of clothes and found two used water bottles. Lexa handed one to Clarke and they started to fill the bottles.

They both started to drink the water as the bottles filled. It was a steady rain, not a storm which Lexa's was thankful for.

The rain didn't last long but they were hydrated and had full bottles of water. Clarke and Lexa were in a much better mood.

They both were soaking wet so they changed clothes. They were big and baggy on them but they were something.

They sat there being happy and talking for the next few hours.

"Where do you think we are?" Clarke asked.

"In the ocean." Lexa said. Clarke hit her on the arm. "Probably closer to England than the states." Lexa answered. "I have zero clue though."

"I just want to be off this damn thing." Clarke said.

"Thank you for not being motion sick." Lexa said. "Besides that one time." Lexa added.

"I've never been on a boat or anything so I never knew." Clarke said.

They both relaxed, and ate something. Lexa and Clarke were sitting right next to each other, shoulders and legs were touching.

"Lexa?" Clarke said. Lexa looked at Clarke. "Do you think we will make it out of this?" Clarke asked.

"Yeah." Lexa said, truthfully. Clarke put her head in her hands. Lexa put a comforting arm around Clarke. "We will be okay." Lexa said, rubbing Clarke's arm. Clarke leaned into her and put her head on her shoulder.

"My mom thinks I'm dead along with everyone else." Clarke said, Lexa felt a tear hit her big shirt.

"But you're not. You'll see them again." Lexa told Clarke. "Tell me about you getting married." Lexa said, trying to change the topic.

"I was flying to England so we could have our wedding in two month. He wanted to have time alone with me. Which would have been me sitting around all day while he went out with his friends." Clarke said. "Now that I think about it I don't know why I marrying him. As soon as I get back I'm cancelling the wedding."

They sat there, enjoying each other's warmth.

After a while, Clarke picked up her head and looked into the ocean.

"Please say I'm imagining that." Clarke said, looking around the raft slowly. Lexa looked where Clarke was looking and saw at least ten sharks.

"I see that too." Lexa said, looking behind them. "Plus three more coming from behind us." Lexa added.

"Fucking wonderful." Clarke said.

"They aren't circling so I think we are okay for now." Lexa said, as the sharks moved around. "Just try not to get their attention."

"I wasn't planning on it." Clarke said.

"They don't look that big." Lexa said. "Six feet maybe."

"That's fucking big, are you crazy? They aren't that big?" Clarke said, looking at Lexa.

"Do you want a twenty foot shark coming at us? I'll take a six foot shark over a shark that is bigger than us both combined." Lexa said. "They look like Carcharhinus leucas."

"What the fuck did you just say?" Clarke asked. "Car-chair-hine Igloo?"

Lexa laughed. "They look like bull sharks."

"You are such a nerd." Clarke sighed.

"Shut up." Lexa said. "Wait they don't really go that deep into the ocean. Are we near land?" Lexa started to look around. "We might be near Mexico or something instead of England. Maybe Africa."

"How does this help us? You are having the time of your life nerding out about sharks while they are about to kill us."

"Do you want to get off this damn piece of metal or whatever the hell it is or not? If they are bull sharks that means we could be near land. They aren't deep sea sharks, they are found in rivers and coasts and stuff." Lexa said, looking around.

They both started to look around but saw nothing.

It was getting dark and they both started to think it was false hope. Clarke fell asleep and Lexa was watching the sharks. Most of them were gone but two.

It was so cold that she could see her breath. Lexa took off her blanket and put it on Clarke. Lexa moved blonde hair out of Clarke's face and ran her thumb over Clarke's soft cheek.

Lexa removed her hand and moved her own hair out of her face. Lexa crossed her arms and shivered. Lexa sighed.
