Reading week is over, our one-week break in the middle of the fall term. My friends invited me to come to the hotsprings with them for three days and two nights. Despite last night, I hope they got to relax.
"Welcome back, Shin!"
"Your souvenir, Hae-Won."
Hae-Won is my childhood friend and neighbor in the apartment complex.
"Sweet!" Out of all the people I know, Hae-Won beams out the brightest smile. "How was the trip?"
"Fun. I feel a bit tired though."
"There's a fluff on your hair." She reaches for the top of my head, "There. Anyway, get some rest and thanks for the souvenir."
"You're welcome." I said as I opened my door.
I kicked my shoes off, walked to my bedroom, and then dunked my face on my bed.
"I guess it's delivery tonight."
My dad texted: "Shin, we need to talk on your birthday. It's important."
