The moment I went out to call the nurse they started checking kelsey.
"Where is she?" I looked at the person in the hallway
"She's awake" I told jake
"I came here as fast i can the soon you told me she was awake, its a good thing she's fine" he came closer and patted my back
I chuckled " well i'm sure she wants to see you .. You better go"
jake seemed a bit off lately
" hey man? Is everything okay?" I asked. I knew somethings wrong and the fact he seemed to be hiding somethings from me
"Huh? Yeah all good" he said nervously
"Okay.. Look you need to go inside, im sure she's stoked to see you " i chuckled
He chuckled along with me " yeah im sure she is "
He entered kelsey's room and stopped
"Aren't you coming in?" He asked me
"Nah.. I mean i did but, i just need to go somewhere. You two have your little bonding" i teased
"Im not a fucking girl to celebrate and have a tea party with her"
I patted his back "don't worry your secret is safe with me"
He then pushed me off "you're so not gonna go 50 meters near my sister you asshole"
I coughed "I'm just kidding man"
He then put his right palm behind his ear "oh what was that? Im sorry jake? i cant stand being away from your sister?"
I chuckled
"Yeah thats what i thought" he finished
I sighed "look i need to run some errands already so see yah then"
He scoffed "keep your dick together bieber if you still want to see kelsey" before going inside
"Dont worry i will"

the moment i stepped out of the hospital i just had to make sure things were handled safely
"Yo bieber?"
"Hey carlos, how was that thing i asked you to handle?"
"Oh yeah i talked to jake about already.. He also called me to check up on it"
"You told jake already?"
"Yeah? Hasn't he talked to you about it? I told him to tell you right away"
No wonder why he seemed off awhile ago.. I just knew he was hiding something from me
"Well he hasn't so care to tell me instead?"
"Umm look man.. I dont know how you will handle this but.. - "
"But?"
Im getting impatient already. I just knew something was up
"Can you just fucking tell me already i don't have all day" i snapped
"Marcus got away"
I froze.
"What the fuck do you mean he got away?" I yelled
"Look we took care of him like you said. We even checked the whole entire warehouse but there was no sign of him"
