Location: Forteresse de la Clagueux, French County, European Lands
Yelena was out hunting in the morning practicing her archery. She was moving swiftly and quick in the forest that rested in the back of her home, Fortresse de la Clagueux. A white bunny was hopping around in the bushes, as Yelena had an eye on her steady. Yelena drew her bow and kept the arrow close to her chest. She took a deep breath and made her shot aiming for the bunny's eye. It hit the right spot on. Yelena smirked and got up to the area that the bunny was shot at. It was squirming, and bleeding from having its head pinned to a rock.
Yelena watched it as she bent down in a crouch. Watching it endure pain amused her. She could have given it mercy and just killed it already, but mercy wasn't something on her mind at the moment.
Yelena suddenly heard her name being cried out. She turned her head slightly around and saw her father, the emperor Grayson standing behind her. He looked nervous dressed in a leather tunic and purple fur cloat, with a servant beside him. "Yelena!" He yelled again.
Yelena rolled her eyes, "What do you want?" She asked annoyed.
"We need to talk," He said eyeing the shotten bunny pinned to a rock. He made a face of disgust, "Could you at least kill the poor thing already."
Yelena smirked and stood up straight, "It will be all right." She then turned to him, "Now what do you want."
Her father straightens his back, "I'm concerned about you. Your mother is concerned about you."
Yelena cocked her head, "Have I done something wrong."
Her father shifted and his blue eyes stared at the tortured white fur bunny to his ginger hair teenage eldest daughter who was directly in line for the throne after Adelaide. "We're worried about your lack of emotion."
Yelena rolled her eyes and let her archery equipment hang from her shoulder. "Father, what on earth are you talking about?"
"It's the enthusiasm for violence. I think you need to calm down with certain activities before they get out of hand."
Yelena narrowed her eyes on her dad. She could sense how nervous he was. Cowardly. "I think you're wasting my time, I told you to only come to me with something important." As she was about to turn around her father stumped his foot.
"Yelena, I mean it! If you keep this up, your mother has planned..."
Yelena suddenly stopped in her tracks and walked to her father; her green eyes filled with intense. "She has what was planned," Yelena snapped with anger.
Yelena could tell now that Grayson was regretting what he just said.
"What does she have planned?" Yelena muttered, glaring at her father.
"Sending you away," He muttered ashamed not bearing to look into her daughter's eyes. "She will send you and your siblings to do your studies in a different state in the European Lands if you continue like this Yelena."
Yelena felt heat rise in her chest. She gripped her bow and arrow tightly. "Yelena please," her father assisted. "If you continue like this, she will send me with you, and I love her rather too much to be far away from her.
Yelena could not help but chuckle inside. 'He's nervous about his position of emperor if she makes him come with me.'
"What the hell does she want?" Yelena snapped, not caring about the other stuff her father had to say.
"Well for starters, maybe we can let you take some of the classes that your sibling also study. What you study is very different compared to them."
