Location: General North American Queen Council Assembly Longhouse, Cherokee State, North American Lands
The meeting was going to start in about thirty minutes. Rehema and her council were finishing up breakfast in the great hall before she was going to meet the rest of the Empresses of Pangaea that day.
Esi placed down her mug of tea that she was drinking on the table. Everyone around them was excited to see what the meeting of Rehema's introduction to the other Empresses of Pangaea had in store for them. Her team of men and women had woken up early and were standing guard by her side during breakfast.
Rehema had put on mermaid styled gown, with a sewn in cape for the occasion. Her gown was styled in plain white and bright yellow and green African pattern on the waist and top area of her gown. She wore golden pair of teardrop earrings, and a silver and pink, maang tikka hair jewelry piece that rested on her forehead. Esi had worn a simple dark blue African pattern dresses that had long sleeves and tailed on the floor.
"Well, here is heads up for some information I found about the other empresses," Esi said shifting in her seat.
Rehema shot a look at her, "This better not be gossip," She warned.
Esi rolled her eyes, "Don't be so serious."
Rehema shook her head in disapproval, "You always were one for mischief."
"Do you want to hear what my little birds told me or not?" Esi insisted.
Rehema was silent at first but then gave in, "Fine what."
Esi smiled seeing that she won her over, "Well here is just some facts Empress Fan Du, the empress of the East Asian lands has one of the biggest harems out of all the current empresses of Pangaea, basically about 40 – 50 men," Esi whispered.
Rehema looked at her wide eyed. "Fifty?"
Esi nodded, "They say she is a big flirt, with the most children too out of all the other current empresses. Fan Du and empress Oishi Bhatt of the south Asian lands are good friends but some say there could be more to their 'friendship'. Also, there's Catherina Garbaojsa of the South American lands, who has been called stuck up by Empress Loulu Yoki who is empress of the North American lands."
Rehema knew that when it came to gossip, Esi could go one for hours. Rehema held her hand up, "Lets wait, and met the other empresses before we go on judging them Esi. That is in fact what we came for."
Esi shrugged picking up her tea mug, "If you say so..." She lingered on still trying to tempt Rehema even more, but Rehema was not interested any longer. A servant came over to clean up and was clearing plates.
"So, you must be the new one?" Rehema heard someone say boldly behind her. She turned around and saw a slightly older than her woman approaching. The tanned light brown skin beauty approaching them was wearing a purple dolphin print skirt that reached her calves, and a black shell shaped bra top.
"I'm Kiana Iona, also known as the Empress of the Sea's and Islands," she said introducing herself confidently. The woman had a brown pelican perched on her left shoulder and was holding a golden shiny trident that was almost her height. She expanded her hand out for Rehema to shake it.
Rehema was hesitant at first but shook it, Kiana gave her a big shake.
"Your mother was Tamela, correct?" Kiana asked, her long curly brown-red tinted hair jiggled, and it reached below her waist.
Rehema nodded her head and stood up, Esi did as well standing behind her. "I'm her eldest daughter Rehema Eze."
"I see the resemblance," Kiana inputted. She made her way to the entrance of the great meeting hall where all the other empresses were going to be meeting. "I think you'll fit in quite well with all the other empresses."
