IX. Second Day

"Ah.."

"Hinata-san just tried to steal the ball", Mitsuri said to herself after seeing Hinata trying or unconsciously going for the ball. Like his eyes and body are only on the ball.

'What a very awesome concentration', Mitsuri praised in her mind.

'But, this development will either be a blessing or a curse', Mitsuri mused, 'but I'm sure Hinata can make it!', Mitsuri encouraged in her mind, while nodding vigorously to herself.

Mitsuri snapped out of her thoughts when she heard Kageyama yelling yet again at Hinata about something she did not know.

'Still as energetic as ever!', Mitsuri thought in her mind, smiling fondly.

'But everyone now looked so tense', Mitsuri thought while looking at the stiff faces of everyone in Karasuno.

'I'm sure they'll be fine! Since everyone is so hard working and determined!', Mitsuri thought again this time with a determined aura and vigorous nod.

Coach Ukai only smiled when he saw Mitsuri nodding to herself with a determined aura.

'I'm sure everyone will be determined too'

Everyone went to canteen to have lunch.

"Mitsuri-chan cooked for us again!", Nishinoya and Tanaka said in sync.

"We gotta eat a lot!", Nishinoya said while stuffing food in his mouth.

"Yes! Eat a lot!", Mitsuri exclaimed beside Nishinoya while stuffing food in her mouth.

"Eat!", Yukie said(Fukurodani's manager, in case y'all forgot) while also stuffing food in her mouth.

Everyone just stared at them, already used to Mitsuri's appetite.

"Wow! Everyone trains so hard even if it's already night!", Mitsuri praised, looking at the tall boys who are still practising in the middle of the night.

"Oya oya oya? Aren't you Karasuno's manager?", a boy with bed hair(Mitsuri flinched when she heard herself think that) asked her.

"Yes", Mitsuri smiled at the black haired boy, kuroo who is the captain of the team who let them come here.

"Why don't you join us? You can just sit or even help out if you want", Kuroo said with a sly smile on his face.

"I would love to!", Mitsuri said smiling at kuroo.

"Alright", Kuroo also smiled at her while leading her inside the gym where she saw Fukurodani's setter and spiker, and surprisingly Tsukkishima.

"HEY HEY HEY! IT'S KARASUNO'S MANAGER!", the silver and black haired boy said.

"Why is she here?", Tsukishima muttered.

While Akaashi simply gave her a small nod of acknowledgement.

"Mitsuri-chan here, just wants to help, and I suggested that she come here", Kuroo said to his friends and gestured to Mitsuri.

"She'll help us", kuroo ended.

"HEY HEY HEY! My name's Bokuto Kotaro! ONE OF THE TOP SPIKERS! and this is AKAASHI! NICE TO MEET YOU!", Bokuto enthusiastically introduced Akaashi and himself. Akaashi nodded at her again.

"AMAZING! YOU MUST BE SO STRONG TO BE ONE OF THE TOP!", Mitsuri gushed excitedly, making Bokuto stare and then smile at her.

"I KNOW RIGHT!?", Bokuto boasted, feeling proud and happy that someone admires him.

The two then started yelling and gushing to each other, making Akaashi sigh, Tsukishima stare and Kuroo laugh at their antics.

"Looks like those two really gets along huh", Kuroo snickered to himself, making Akaashi hum in defeat, thinking that there's now two bokutos. Seeing that both are now yelling 'HEY HEY HEY'.

Akaashi then dragged Bokuto to resume their practice while apologizing to Mitsuri, while Mitsuri smiles in embarrassment, also apologizing on how she held them back.

Mitsuri watches as the ball she threw was then skillfully tossed by Akaashi then spiked hard by Bokuto and skillfully blocked by Kuroo along with Tsukishima, with sparkling eyes.

'Wow! Everyone is so good!', Mitsuri then continued to praise them in her mind, while she continues to throw the volleyball at Akaashi.

"-ri-chan, Mitsuri-chan!", Kuroo yelled, making Mitsuri snap out of her thoughts.

"Y-yes!", Mitsuri immediately replied, making Kuroo chuckle at her.

'Kuroo-san is so catlike!', Mitsuri thought while blushing in embarrassment at being caught daydreaming.

"I was asking if you want to learn how to spike", Kuroo said while smiling amused at her.

"I-I would love to!", Mitsuri said, eyes sparkling.

"Alright, I'll have Bokuto teach you", Kuroo said, smiling at her.

'Kuroo-san feels like an older brother..', Mitsuri thought to herself while nodding at Kuroo and following him.

"Ohhhh, Mitsuri-chan, come here!", Bokuto called Mitsuri, who was lost again in her thoughts.

"Oh, coming Bokuto-san!", Mitsuri yelled, and starts running towards Bokuto.

'Wow', everyone thought as they look at Mitsuri who is running towards Bokuto.

Mitsuri was then taught by Bokuto on how to spike correctly(sorry, I don't know how to explain it ehe), making weird gestures everywhere and yelling loudly.

"TRY IT YOURSELF MITSURI-CHAN!", Bokuto said to Mitsuri, giving the ball to Akaashi so he could set for Mitsuri.

Mitsuri, they discovered with surprise, have some pretty strong legs, well not just pretty strong, it's very strong! So she could jump really high.

Akaashi nodded at Mitsuri then tossed the ball, Mitsuri then positioned herself and ran for the ball.

'I can do this!', Mitsuri thought to herself and jumped, spiking the ball as hard as she can.

The ball rapidly went to the ground, making a loud noise, silencing everyone.

'S-strong!'

'I-is she a gorilla!?', Tsukishima thought to himself, staring at Mitsuri, who was immediately laughing and gushing loudly with Bokuto.

'As I thought, she really is strong', Kuroo thought, surprised a little, but not that much by Mitsuri's power, since he saw her lifting many trays filled with bottles with water.

'Interesting', Akaashi thought, not really showing his surprise. (He finally did something beside nodding hahahha)

"You're really strong Mitruri-chan!", Bokuto loudly praised, making Mitsuri blush at the compliment, but a little insecure since being really strong is not lady-like(according to her family) .

"I-I'm not that good compared to you Bokuto-san!", Mitsuri said, smiling at Bokuto.

"YOU'RE REALLY GOOD! WELL STILL FAR COMPARED TO ME THOUGH!", Bokuto boasted, earning a laugh from Mitsuri and a smile from the people in the room, except, maybe, Tsukishima.

The day ended happy.

A/n: Sorry for not updating, hehe, btw can anyone suggest me some good love interest? I have Bokuto as one, but still don't know who she'll end up with, I don't need a lot, just tell me who you suggest and I'll just pick heheh

Tell me if I did anything wrong since I'm basing this a lot in the manga and inserting some I remember from the anime
