Hayley's pov
I'm getting suspicious of why Dan won't tell me who he is talking to in the phone. I sat in the couch playing Mario Kart with Clary.
"CLARY WHAT THE HECK?!" I say as she hits me with a red shell.
"Mwhahahaha." she says.
Luckily I got in front of her and got first place.
"I'm the champion!" I say running around the house.
Then I hear the home phone ring.
"I GOT IT!" I yell.
"Hello?" I say answering the phone.
"Dan this is Adrian I need to talk to you!" Adrain says.
"This isn't Dan..." I say.
There was a dead silence.
"Hello?" I say again.
"Who is this?!" Adrain says.
"Hayley." I say.
"Hayley I need to talk to Dan." he says.
"Uh...okay." I say. "DAD ADRAIN WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!"
"Thanks a lot." Adrain says sarcastically.
"No problem glad we could talk!" I say sarcastically.
Dan comes over and takes the phone. I go back to Clary.
"You know who Adrain is now?" she asks.
"Yeah but I wish dad told me this sooner." I say.
"Yeah I didn't even know until a little bit ago." she says.
"Well we all have secrets." I say.
Clary bites her lip.
"Clary are you okay?" I ask.
"Uh...yeah." she says.
Clary's pov
I have a big secret that only a couple people know about. Dan, Phil, and my mom know about it. I think that's all the people. Should I tell Hayley? No. I should wait.
Hayley's pov
I have a secret. A big secret. A secret that's gonna destroy Clary...
