Part 1: "Curiosity Kills the Cat" (30)

Another year has passed and it's the time for the yearly Hunger Games in Panem. Today is the 95th annual Hunger Games and the tribtes have been selected from the 15 districts

. They have gone through the same process their predecessors have. They had training, interviews, and lots of publication. Will their knowledge of each other and previous experiences help them or bring their downfall in the games? We'll find out soon enough in this year's Hunger Games.

Everything was ready, the 30 tributes were in their pods, some of them taking their last breaths, some of them about to enter the arena where they will face fear, hunger, thirst, isolation, and death. Tick, tick, tick, the clock in the waiting room was nearing 1200. The whole world was watching, the Capitol cheering, the districts anxious, and their families devastated with nervousness. Five, four, three, two, one, their eyes counted the second clock until the glass door in front of them shuts, and a metal plate below them rises them slowly, they could hear the faint sounds of nature, and the smell of heaviness and tension in the air.

As the tributes eyes' adjusted they immidately see thick forests, green and green everywhere, a whiff of moist grass and a sight of faraway mountains and a hazy area which seems to contain a labyrinth at the farmost reaches of the arena, they can also hear water rushing which turned their heads to a river just about fifty feet away from the plates. They were spaced evenly on metal plates, equidistant to a huge hallow tree which was their cornucopia. The sight of the 60 second clock stationary gave everyone a signal that they're here, no turning back now, this is it, and the 60 second clock is ticking. The tributes were standing on mossy green pedastals with thick vines hindering their way to the cornucopia. If they are smart enough, they will use a pocketknife situated at the side of each pedastal. Jennica from District 14 uttered an odd question. "What's this 60 second countdown for?" asking her District partner Mikee, but Mikee was pre occuied and shrouded in vines to hear her question so she asked the tribute on her right from District 15, Jessica. 20 seconds left, "Hey, what's the countdown for?" asked Jennica, Jessica seeing the opportunity to make the first move in the games quickly responded, "It's just waiting for the first tribute to dash away". Without even thinking clearly Jennica dashed off her plate with 5 seconds to go, Mikee's eyes widened with doom as Jennica's body exploded from the Arena and the Tributes were reduced to 29.

This year's Career Tributes are Andrew from District 2 specializing in combat, both tributes from District 3 Renz and May specializing with the sword, Elma from District 6 who is known for her tremendous endurance, Paul from District 7 who specializes in agility and knife throwing. Jenica from District 10 whose charm and speed can deliver a quick death to any tribute, and both tributes from 11 Renato and Cara who specializes in any weapon.

Randell and Kath (District 1) who specialize in camouflage

Moreen (District 2) survival knowledge

Gerald and Ayne (District 4) can set up traps better than any tribute

Michael and Ella (District 5) whose communication skills are incomparable

Sam (District 6) who is known to be the surprise tribute because of his hidden abilities

Angeline (District 7) who can handle a knife sleekly,

Lawrence and Erika (District 8) who specializes in explosives

John Ray and Karen (District 9) who possess war strategy like no other district, Angelo form District 10 who specializes in spear throwing

Lorenzo and Jenny (District 12) who can conceal themselves pretty good and strike long distance weapons.

Audrey and Jenelle (District 13) who specialize in being very resourceful,

Jennica and Mikee (District 14) who are known as the quickest killers in the game because of their knowledge in fast, painful death.

Chat and Jessica (District 15) who can make hideouts in a flash, and lure you in their various traps.
