XVI: ROYALTY

3rd POV

Mari's parents, Tom and Sabine were discusing something important with Sabine's sister, Yes sister. Bridgette Cheng.

Truth be told Marinette isn't Tom and Sabine's daughter but she is their niece. Bridgette is Marinette's real mother. Marinette doesn't know, she was only a baby when Sabine took her by Bridgette's order. You see, Bridgette and Sabine are part of the Royal family. The Family was attacked when Mainette was born. Bridgette was in line for the throne, she is to rule and have Felix as her king (no not Felix as in Adrien's cousin ok?). Bridgette diid not want her child to be in danger at the time so she had sent Sabine to Paris with Marinette. Tom and Sabine met and had fallen in love, Sabine had told Tom about Marinette and he had agreed to raise her as their own for the time being.

When Marinette turned 10, Sabine got a message from Bridgette that they will tell Marinette about the whole being Royalty thing when she was older.

Now Sabine and Tom believe that it is time to tell Marinette. Bridgette and Felix were now discussing these with them.

"Sabine, sister do you truly believe that our little princess is ready?" Bridgette asked. Over the years she truly missed her child. She was sad that she couldn't have taken care of Marinette herself but she knew it was for the best.

"Yes Bridgie, Mari is a strong and capable girl." Sabine said to her sister. It was true she had seen how strong Marinette was against all odds that had came her way.

"If you think that and I trust you." Bridgette said.
"Where is our princess right now?" Felix asked. He hadn't seen his cihild in person only in photographs that Sabine and Tom would send them to update them on how much their princess had grown through the years.

"She is in Gotham right now on a class trip. Her birthday is in a few days if I am not mistaken, I suggest that you announce to the country of the heir's return. You could invite her class if you wish to surprise her, then we could pick her up and take her to the palace to explain things to her." Sabine suggested.
(A/N: I do not know when Marinette's birthday is so just go with it 'kay? Also she's turning 18...)

"Great Idea Sabine, we could even invite her Boyfriend that you've been telling us about. I can't wait to warn him about breaking my precious daughter's heart." Felix said. Yes Bridgette and Felix knew of Damian, Tom and Sabine do update them on their daughter's life.

"Don't worry Felix I may have gone overboard on doing that when she introduced him to us, but I must say he does care for her and loves her very much. So you don't have to worry about her heart being broken by the lad." Tom smiled confident of his judgement of Damian.

"Do contact the lad's Family they are very nice. The lad's brothers treat Marinette as if she was their own sister." Sabine added.

"Damian we're going to have to cancel the Gala on Saturday, Joker seems very quiet and I do not wish to endanger any guess. I know it is a lowly reason but the people's safety comes first. We could host a small dinner for that class though." Bruce said. He and Damian were currently talking about the Gala but like Bruce said it had to be cancelled because he believes that Joke is planning something big.

"I understand Father." Damian said. Truth be told that realy just ruined the plan to sue the harlot and her dimwits.Danian had exited the room and went to tell Chloe, Kagami and Luka.

The phone ran and Bruce picked it up.
"Hello Bruce Wayne speaking may I ask who this is?" Bruce said as he answered the phone.

"Hello Mister Wayne.This is Empress Bridgette of China speaking, I'm sorry for the sudden call. Are you busy Mr. Wayne?"
