Arthur's POV:
My slumber seemed like it may last a life time till I awoke to the brutal sound of a broom crashing down against my head
Old woman Josie- wake up! Don't ya know its rude to loiter! Now scram before I beat ya up side the head again
Arthur - im so sorry mam I had no idea this was your land
Old woman josie- well it is and look next time before you decide to sleep on someone's house again
Arthur- oh this is your house mam I had no idea again im terribly sorry
Old woman Josie- well ya better get outa here. Whats someone like you doing out here at these time a hours anyway hmmm
I froze in a cold sweat. what did she mean by that? there's no way she could of known or did she? Was it that obvious what my true form was. She then crept closer to me ans whisperd in to my ear and in an old creaky voice that sounded like rusted hinges on an old wooden door she spoke
Old woman josie- ( in a whisper ) you can't fool a witch son I known a vampire when I see one. Now scury on off to some place you hide don't want anyone noticing you now do we
I didn't say a word I just there in complete silence as she hobbled away back into her old sunken tree. The old women was right tho I probably did need to find a place to stay. My coat would work as protection from the sun for now but a nice shady place would be more ideal. As I strolled through the village streets people stopped to stare at me for a mere moment probably wondering who the new chap in town was. I payed no attention to them I didn't really want to draw much attention to me or at least not just yet. Within my foolishness tho I didn't pay attention to wear i was walking and bumped straight into a young women.
Arthur - im so sorry madam I was not paying attention I had no means of running into you i....
At that moment we both looked up and our eyes met eachother it was almost as if time its self was frozen her eyes that looked of smooth roasted hazelnuts glistened in aww as they stared into my deep crimson abuses. She was a young maden who looked to be in her mid 20's probably around 23. Her hair was long and slightly curvy it looked like red ocean waves on mid summers day as it reflected off the sunlight her skin was light and smooth like that of silk she was wearing what looked to be a stitched brown and orange cloak with 2 little fox like ears sewn to the top and her sent oh her sent she smelled of freshly cut lily's on a rainy day. She was beautiful she was magnificent she was more beautiful then anythings living creature I had ever seen. And the way she looked back at me was as almost if she was just as amazed as I was by the way I looked. Then she spoke in a voice as soft and delicate as an angels
Fox- its quite alright i wasn't paying attention either so my apology as well
I noticed she had dropped a few of her goods on the ground
Arthur- oh let me help you with that
Fox - well thank you I do appreciate it
As I handed her spices to her she gave me a calm gentle smile thats sent a wave of overwhelming joy over me that I had never felt before. I was intrigued I wanted to know more so much more I wanted to know every inch of her I wanted to know just how sweet she really tasted but I refrain my self at least for now I had to get to know her better first
Fox- well I must be on my way now I have a pie baking back at home that I must tend to
Arthur- well I bid you farewell for then my lovely maden but if you don't mind me asking dear what might your name be so I may seek you out again
She giggled a bit then gave me a gental smile
Fox - my name is luna but the whole village calls me Fox thats the name I prefer and what might the name of the magnificent gentleman I am so blessed to be meeting right now ?
