chapter ten all as it should be

Arthur's POV:

as we ran through the  woods the sun began to rise in the distance and Fox began to grow weary she needed to stop and feed the baby and relax her body for a moment we stopped to take a quick break i assumed at this point we were far enough away from town for anyone to find us if they decided to come looking for us i laid my back up against a tree and sighed in relief we had done it every thing was going to be ok now I moved over to Fox and we sat and chatted for awhile and talked to played with the baby she was so cute and she looked just like her mother and me just then I heard the rustling of bushes coming from the other side of the clearing

Arthur- Fox you and the baby go hide

Fox went off and hid under a large evergreen tree as I slowly inched towards where the movement had come from

Arthur- i swear Darick if thats you I am going to kill you this time

leyla- ha thats funny Daricks back at the village running around having a little panic attack over his missing girlfriend while im out here trying to reclaim my half of our deal

Arthur- you dirty harlet why are you here and what deal are you conspiring about

Leyla- the one I made with darick oh he's nieve every one knows you can't kill a vampire by hanging them or at least I thought they did anyway our end of the deal was that I would get you for myself but I've changed my mind now I think I'd rather see your blood spilled out across the ground like spilt milk unless you prefer the other idea better ( said in a seductive tone )

Arthur- no Leyla I want nothing to do with you now begone and let me and my family get to where were going

Leyla- oh come on wouldn't you rather just everyone live then make such a big deal out of this?

Arthur- were leaving and thats final now get out of my way !

Leyla- fine i didn't want it to come to this Arthur but you leave me no choice ( said in a distressful manner) hony help me Arthur... hes trying to kill me aghhh

Arthur- what no.... no i....

Just then prince Henry another man I trully dreaded seeing came riding in on his horse carrying a silver dagger in his right hand he stopped for just a brief moment then charged at me i doged him and just as I did I noticed leyla pull what also looked to be a silver dagger from out of her holster I was cornered but I wasn't about to let down my guard Henry went to strike at me and so did Leyla  but I doged them both causing them to run straight into eachother just inches away from stabbing straight through eachother.  I went into strike when Henry came up behind me and tackled me to the ground we brawler for a couple of minutes before I hurled him off of me then slamed his head against a tree she was out like a light now all I had to deal with was Leyla she came up behind me unexpectedly and got ready to stab her knife straight threw me

Arthur- Leyla dont do this we used to be friends what happened to you hmmm

Leyla- you thats what happened Arthur

Arthur- no I can't be me stop lying to yourself I tried to give you all the attention you wanted but I never over stepped my boundaries because I knew what you were doing it wasn't that I didn't like you Leyla I just couldn't love you because I knew you could never love me

Leyla- but I did Arthur I did love you

Arthur- no Leyla you loved attention because thats all you wanted because your parents never gave it to you I know and i tried to but you ruined that for yourself Leyla and more importantly you ruined it for us im happy that you found someone to be with now but don't take you frustration out on me I have a wife and family now and if you trully did care about me you wouldn't do this Leyla
