"We're gonna rattle this ghost town!" -Walk The Moon, Anna Sun

I wrapped my arms around her and  led her out of the airport, not wanting to wait for anyone, but just to spend some time with her. I hailed a cab, putting my hoodie, glasses, and wig on. We got in, I instructed the cab to drive us to Santa Monica Pier. [YN] turned to look at me and I smiled kissing her forehead. I sat back, and put an arm around her while she rested her head on my chest. I continued to look out the window as she did the same watching the trees, buildings, parks as we passed by. The cab halted to a stop, I paid and we got out. I held her hand as we entered the busy park.

"What do you want to do first?" I whispered in her ear.

"Hmmm... Let's ride the roller coaster!" She said.

I nodded and smiled, "Your wish is my command... Princess." I said.

She giggled and shoved me to the side, "C'mon slow poke." She said dragging me to the Monster Roller Coaster.

I smiled and pushed her to the long line, "Go on and wait in line. I'll go buy the tickets." I said.

She nodded giddily and I let go of her hand.

I walked towards the ticket booth, "Two tickets to the roller coaster please." I said.

The lady behind the counter smiled and took her hat off, "Greyson? Oh my God! What a coincidence!" She said.

I turned to look at the girl and found Lauren smiling at me. I sent her a small smile, "Umm, Hi." I answered.

"When did you get back? Your brother told me you left almost a year ago." She said.

"I, uhm, just today." I said.

"Oh, who are you with?" She asked.

"Uhm-" I started.

"I mean if you have no one to roam Santa Monica Pier then I'll be happy to be that girl," She smiled, "My break's in a few minutes if you could wait." Lauren said.

I was about to answer when [YN] stridded towards me giddily, "Hey Grey, where's the tickets. I had a sweet old man hold the line for the two of us while I got you." She said.

"I, uhm-" I started.

"Oh... You're here." Lauren said.

[YN] turned to look at Lauren then me, "Uhm, I'm sorry did I interrupt something? Uhm, I'll see you at the line Greyson..." [YN] said.

I grabbed her wrist, "No, uhm, Lauren was just about to give me the tickets. Right, Lau?" I said.

Lauren's face softened at the mention of the name I use and ripped two tickets from her bundle, "Here, that would be, uhm, twenty bucks, please." Lauren said.
