10 year's later, Anderson Home

It was the anniversary of Johnny disappearing, that didn't stop the now Teenager from doing what she does best, being a badass like Johnny... Or at least she tried to. She and her 4 friends formed a garage band called 'Malevolent', Sarah is the lead singer and guitar player, her friend Ash played keyboard, Dawn played drums and Samantha played bass. The 3 also provide backup vocals too, they've grown some popularity in Night City mainly doing cover songs from Samurai and more. But this time she wants this night to mean something Sarah wants to perform songs she wrote and a song Johnny wrote but never bother continuing it because it seemed to 'soft' and 'wasn't his type' she knew Johnny wasn't the soft singing type but she wanted this song to work, she even got the sheets for it. It was 6:00 PM, Sarah just finished packing up Johnny's guitar, drinks, snacks. She threw on Johnny's shades, Samurai tank top, worn out jeans, combat boots and of course she was wearing Johnny's dog tags. "Mom, I'm heading out." Her mother blocked her path "You're going to Night City aren't you..?" She said with concern in her voice "Yes, I am. Me and the gang got a gig to play down at the pier in Night City! It's near that Bar where Johnny used to hang out at." Abigail shook her head and didn't move "You're going to get yourself in trouble.. I don't want you do fall under the same path Johnny took, especially you being dressed like that." Sarah rolled her eyes and sighed in annoyance "Mom... Today is the anniversary of when he fucking disappeared. I NEED to go. I'm doing this gig FOR Johnny, he would love it. Unlike you he would support me!" She pushed her mother aside and stormed out of the house.

Her mother watched her meet up with her 3 friends, got in a taxi and drove off to Night City.

"He would support you for the wrong things.... I don't want you ending like him but you're already taking on his traits." The mother said sadly to herself she walked away from the window and pulled out a bottle of whiskey and started drinking to some old Samurai tunes. "You're a real asshole, Johnny."

                                       -Time Skip to Night City-

Sarah and the gang made it one of the security approached them "You guys are just on time, everyone is waiting, you even got some Samurai fans in the crowd too... Better impress them." Sarah nodded and got onto the stage the crowd started cheering, it was really loud. The group set up their instruments and got into their positions... The crowd chanting: MALEVOLENT, MALEVOLENT, MALEVOLENT! It fueled her more to become a star just like Johnny, FOR Johnny.

She scanned the crowd to see if she seen any familiar faces in hopes that somehow Johnny was out there somewhere but no one caught her eye... She took a deep breath in.

"Good evening Night City! Are you ready to rock?!" The crowd roars in excitement, throwing up their glow sticks/bands and drinks. "Then let's rock, bitches!" She strums Johnny's guitar which causes it to echo throughout the Pier to some parts of the City. The band started to play Samurai covers then their own songs and this went on for 4 hours.

                                                             -9:50 PM-

It was the end of the show but the crowd wanted one more encore the band decided they'll play one more song. Sarah picked a song that Johnny wrote years ago, sometime after he met her mother, he always told her how he couldn't sing it because.. to him, it was too pussy rock and not his style. "I got one song, Johnny wrote it years ago, it's nothing like you'd hear on his albums... It-uhhh... Didn't make the cut but me and my friends decided to bring this song to life." She began to strum her guitar and looked into the crowd once again in hopes she'd see Johnny but no luck... "He named this song Lips of an Angel"

                                                                     ______

Not far from the crowd a man in a hood watched, he watched Sarah sing her final song for the evening.
