Hush -Beautiful Twins Spinoff-

Chapter One

This book is starting during Breaking Dawn. During the first part of the movie series. Remember this is a spin-off from Beautiful Twins, so things will be different from normal Twilight. I do not own any of the Twilight characters, only my own personal ones.

You probably don't need to read Beautiful Twins, but the story line might be a little less confusing.

Chapter One

Leah's POV

There was so much chaos going on in the pack mind link. Jake just showed us images of Bella Swan pregnant, with a vampire's baby. I shudder at the thought. How can something so inhuman and deadly create a life?

The conversations between the pack was starting to piss me off. They, in general, piss me off. Jake's little obsession with Bella pissed me off. Sam's presence pissed me off. Everyone thinking of their imprints pissed me off.

'Get over her Jake, she doesn't want you. She's knocked up with a mutant. Your imprint doesn't want you. Let's just kill them and get it over with.' I growled, referring to the Swan twins. Jake though in love with Bella, imprinted on her sister Becca. The ass has been trying to deny Becca, but that's obviously not working.

Jake pounced on me, growling fiercely. I growled back. He needs to put on his big boy pants and stop being a bitch. I'm the only female in this pack of dogs. I pushed Jake off of me and stood back watching the rest of the pack discuss attack strategies.

'No.' Jake whispered, I watched him carefully. This didn't look like it would turn out good. 'No!' Jake growled louder. Ignoring Sam's Alpha command. I watched in amazement as Jake defied Sam. I would like to say I'm impressed. That is something I've wanted to do for a while.

Jake took off in the wood. He was running in the direction of the Cullen's house. I watched as Seth took after him. Jake's thoughts filled of talking to the Cullen's and suddenly disappeared.

'Where the hell did Jake's thoughts go?' Quil asked surprised.

'He broke off into his own pack.' Sam growled out. His own pack? You can do that? Did Seth go with him?

While everyone else was distracted, I slowly backed into the woods. As soon as I was out of sight, I took off toward the Cullen's residence. I felt my mind go blank of all the pack's thoughts. I practically cried out in relief.

Was I free? Free of Sam? Free of his constant thoughts of Emily? The ones that killed me inside? I phased back and got dressed in the clothes tied to my leg.

I seen Seth and Jake talking, so I walked up to them.

"Not you too!" Jake groaned. I'm not to fond of being here either, but it's 100 times better than being with Sam.

"I had to come look out for my little brother." I told them. Seth's face turned a little red.

"I can take care of myself Leah!" He grumbled. I rolled my eyes, at him trying to grow up.

"Maybe, but I rather be here than with Sam's pack." I said, deliberately looking at Jake. I tried to plead with my eyes not to send us back. I could careless about the Cullens. I care even less about who is wrong or right in this situation. All I care about is taking the first ticket the hell away from Sam. His presence crushes my already diminished spirit.

Thankfully, Jake nodded, "Has he noticed yet?" I was about the shrug and tell him about the shit I give. When a howl loudly graced the air. We heard it from where we stood.

"He's noticed now." I replied to Jake. Sam can be angry all he wants. Ever since I turned into the beast I am today, he's had this sick little thing of bossing me around. He knows I can't disobey and I hate him even more for it. I'm just glad for the opportunity to get away.
