Later that day Tsukauchi sent Izuku the time and date of the court session,
Thursday, December 27th.
"Oi, that court session is a week from now, okay?"
Izuku spoke"Aight"

*Thursday, one week later, Mutsutafu Court*"Alright now that everyone has arrived let's begin this court session" the jury spoke
Knocking the gavel onto the table.Detective Tsukauchi nodded motioning his team to sit, Stain and Izuku followed suit.
"Now according to Mr Midoriya, and the evidence from the detective, you Chizome Akaguro, wish to put an end to your villainy, I would like to hear this from you myself sir, is this true?"
"Yes, sir." Stain answering shortly, knowing it wasn't a good idea to try and persuade the man.
"I understand, Mr. Midoriya, you said that this man had confirmed to have said that he no longer will kill anymore people, why do you trust him so?"
"I've been living around people who know how to lie almost all my life, I know how to tell the difference when people tell a truth, and when they speak lies. This man, was telling the truth."
"I understand, Mr. Midoriya. Thank you." He spoke
"Now, detective, you said you have proof of the man answering your questions?"
"Yes, sir. Would you like to receive them?"
"If you may."
Tsukauchi nodded standing up from his chair, and grasping the piece of paper , as well as the usb which held the proof of their interview with stain.
He handed the both of them to the jury, before stepping back and sitting back in his chair.
The jury grabbed the computer, which sat at the desk and inserted the usb into the computer, turning on the projector, and speakers to play the video.
The video played, showing the whole interview between the detective and stain. The jury had the paper infront of him for the answered to the questions, once the video ended the jury stood up. Looking somewhat convinced.
"I've seen enough, as the detective, I'm smart enough to determine that you would not lie about the mans' answers to your questions, as it would severely effect your reputation, and I can also tell that the video is not fabricated, if it was, Midoriya would most likely not be there, since not alot of people know about him quite yet. (Idek my logic in that...), Though even though you have conviced me, I unfortunately do not have the power of completely removing Akaguro's sentence, or revoking it for that matter, so the only thing I can do, Is make him do community service until his sentence is clear, though if he even commits a crime once, during or after this time period, he will be assigned double time onto his prison time. Without further ado, Chizome Akaguro will be required to attend a total of 25 years of community service, before his sentence is fulfilled. With that, this is the end of our court session, you are all free to leave, any problems with this outcome will not be accepted, as this is an official government decision. Detective, you are free to retrieve your items, all those who attended, are now free to leave the courtroom.
"Thank you for your time sir, I'll take my leave" Tsukauchi spoke, grabbing his papers, and the usb stick from the table, and stood to wait for Midoriya and Akaguro.
"Hey, Chizome, do you have a place to stay?"
Akaguro glanced over at Izuku and nodded. "Yeah, Why?"
"Just wondering, if you didn't I wouldn't have a problem letting you stay with me until you settled in."
"You don't need to do that kid, you've already done enough for me. I appreciate your efforts though." The man spoke, his mouth forming a almost unnoticeable smile,
Izuku smiled as well, loving the feeling of saving somebody,
'i hope your life is wonderful, Chizome.'
