A story where Izuku Midoriya is a underground hero that works under ErasureHead, whom is also his mentor, later he gets a request from the principal of UA: Nedzu to assist Shota in his Teachings.
It had been just over a week since Aizawa and Izuku first met, and even though they both had each other's phone number, the only texts they sent eachother where right before the others patrol, wishing them good luck.
Izuku was fine with it, He didn't know the man well enough to chat much more than they did, and was too busy to attempt and get to know the older man more. He was sure that Aizawa was also very busy, doing who knows what. (Probably sleeping) Izuku was out in the open, looking to buy a few new clothes with his monthly hero allowance (the hero commision has to send an allowance to all heroes every month, the lower ranking they are on the hero scale, the less money they recieve.)

Izuku sat in his room, going through his phone, when he got a text from Aizawa stating that he wanted to meet up with him. Izuku didn't know why the man wanted to see him, but he didnt complain, so he quickly got dressed, and put his contact in. (He got a singular contact for his blind eye that works like the sun glasses blind people use. Its looks completely clear, but protects his eye from UV rays. (*btw hes wearing the third outfit from above*)
Izuku grabbed his keys, his wallet, and left his apartment, then headed towards the location Erasurehead had sent him. _________
Izuku arrived at the location about 5 minutes later, and looked around for the taller man. He spotted the man sat in the corner drinking what looked like coffee. Izuku strided towards Aizawa and then sat down infront of him.
"So, what did you call me here for?"
"I want you to work at my agency"
"You have an agency?"
Izuku giggled as aizawa sent a glare at him, rightfully teasing the taller man infront of him. "Yes, problem child, I have an agency."
"So you're asking me to see you everyday? My, my (ara ara 😏) I didn't know you were so bold erasurehead!"
Aizawa glared at the younger hero once more, before continuing on with what he was saying. "Do you want to or not?" He asked, ready to throw the shorter across the street.
"Sure, its better than whatever sad agency I can probably ever have." —————-
After Izuku and Aizawa's meeting Izuku decided to meet with a hero costume designer to get his costume upgraded to suit him after he got his injury.
Izuku called a costume designer up and they said they were free, and so Izuku made his way to the location they sent to his phone.
Izuku arrived and chatted with the designer for a bit before starting on discussing ideas for upgrades. (The costume looks almost exactly the same but the mask has a piece in it that blocks uv rays from getting into his blind eye, and the fabric is now fire proof).
