It was finally my last day of cleaning the stables. I finally was able to spend my free time doing something other than cleaning and smelling horse crap. My dad added an extra 3 weeks to my punishment because Jean was being an asshole made mess then blamed it on me.

I went to the mess hall for dinner and and sat with Mikasa and Armin. I didn't see Eren there which was weird because Eren is always with them. When sat down beside Mikasa I could tell she was a little tense and a little angry.

"Mikasa, you good?" I asked her.
"Sorry she hasn't really been talking since the whole thing happened." Said Armin.
"What thing." I asked.
"Did you not hear?"
"Hear what?"
"Today, while you were cleaning we found out that Eren was a titan."
I was shocked at Armin's words. But I was also worried. 'What if they hurt or kill him.' I thought.
"Do you know where he is?" I asked him.
"No, sorry Y/n." He replied.

I got up and ran to my Dad's office.
"Dad, why didn't you tell me what happened with Eren today!?" I asked him.
"Well, when I said that while you're cleaning you're not gonna be participating in anything I also meant that you're not gonna be involved in whatever happened." He said.
"Is he gonna be ok!?" I asked him.
"I don't know." He said.
I glared at him.
"Where is he." I asked him.
"Down in a dungeon." He said.
"Can I see him.". He gave me a look that said: is there something you're not telling me?

"And no Dad he is not my boyfriend, he is my friend."
"He better be." He said as he got up. "Come."
I followed him and he took me to the cell where Eren was.
I saw him sleeping soundly. Which reminded me that it was 7:15 meaning it was almost curfew.

"Ok you saw him let's go." Said Dad.
You didn't want to leave Eren alone just in case something happened to him.
"You know, someone should really stay here Dad, I mean what if he turns into a titan again." I said coming up with the best excuse I had.
He gave me a look of disbelief.
"I think he'll be fine, but I'll send Hanji down just in case." He said.
"No I bet Hanji's busy, but um I could stay down here with him." I said.
"I don't trust you." He said. "Also if he does turn into a titan than your life is on the line."
"Can I Dad, please please please." I said using puppy dog eyes.
"I say you should let her stay down here with him." Said a voice from the stairs. It was Hanji.
Dad looked at Hanji then me then Eren, then he looked down, sighed and said: "Fine, but you better not make me regret this."
"I won't thank you so much, Dad oh and you too Hanji.

I then whispered in Dad's ear and said: "Seems like wife material to me." And patted his back as I went to have a quick shower and get changed.

I went back down to the cell where Eren was. I got set up and went to sit down. I eventually dozed off.

I woke up and saw Eren still asleep. I quickly got up showered and came back down in my uniform.

I slowly started to open my eyes and saw Commander Erwin Smith and Captain Levi That's
Y/n's father. As soon as I thought that, I saw her come down the stairs in her uniform.

"You scared the shit out of me when I couldn't find you down here." Captain Levi said.
"You could've put two and two together, if I wasn't down here in the morning where else would I be." She told him.
"Cut it out you two, he's awake." Said Commander Erwin pointing at me. The two looked at me.
"Oh, hey Eren did you sleep ok?" She said and smiled. I blushed a little. I could tell that Captain Levi noticed me blushing because he gave a death stare.

"Any questions?" Said Erwin.
"Um, where... where am I?" I asked.
"I think it's obvious, let's just call it a dungeon." He said. "You're currently in custody of the military police."
"We were granted permission to see you only just now." He said. When he finished he pulled out the key that's usually around my neck.
"Where'd you get that key?" I asked.
"Off you, don't worry you'll get it back. Let's talk about home. Specifically the good doctor's cellar back in Shignshina. Pretty big secret in there, right? About the Titans." Said the commander.
"Uh, yeah I think so, that's what dad said anyways."

"It must suck having your dad and your memory missing in action at the same time, unless, of course that's just a cover story." Said Captain Levi.
"Dad!" Said Y/n hitting him in the shoulder. "He has no reason to lie."
"So you're defending him now?" Said Captain Levi.
"N-no, even Erwin agrees that he has no reason." She said blushing.
"Enough you two." Said the commander. "Anyways, that's all we know, how bout you shine a little light on things for me by telling us your intentions."
"My what? What do you mean?" I asked him.

"Here's the lay of the land my friend, if we want to pay your Dad's cellar a visit, we have to venture back into Shiganshina, sealing the breach there a we did in Trost, naturally, we'll need your special powers, anyway you slice it, a titan's deciding our fate. It's been conjectured that the Colossal and Armoured Titan are more or less the same as you, it's why I ask your intentions, they could be the key to turning the tide forever, you could save us." He said to me.

"I don't know what I am." I said.
"Oi, it's an easy question so answer it, what the hell is it you want to do." Said Levi.
"Dad, give him some time he doesn't have to answer you right away." Said Y/n looking towards me concerned.
"Y/n, even though he's your stupid boyfriend, doesn't mean you can control what I say to him." He said.
"H-he's n-not m-my b-boyfriend!" She said.
"Enough!" Said Erwin. "What is it you want to do?"

We all turned to look at Eren.
"I want to become a member of the Scouts and slaughter every Titan that crosses my path." I could tell something lightened up my dad, it's probably how devoted he is to killing those bastards.
"Huh, well played." My Dad said. I patted him on the back as if to say goodbye job being nice. "Alright then, I'll take responsibility for him, let the higher ups know what's going on, not that I implicitly trust him of course, it's more of me trusting myself to deal with him, I'll kill him if I have to, the bigwigs aren't likely to raise a stink my record than speaks for itself I'm pretty sure and my daughter seems to be found of him so I'll trust her judgment." Said dad as he got closer to Eren. Not gonna lie, I was happy.
"Good news, Jaeger, you're officially a member of the Scouts.
