Dancing In The Dark

A Usual Day

Hoseok's POV
I was laying down in bed while my alarm clock went off, so I turned it off and sighed. I got up from bed and stretched, then started walking to the bathroom to start a shower. I turned the shower and got in. I took a quick shower and got out, changed and went into the small kitchen that I have, I started making eggs and bacon and quickly ate when I realized I was about to be late. I grabbed my bag, put my shoes on and ran out and quickly walked to class. I avoided everyone because I knew they would try to talk to me and I quickly ran past them. I made it to my first class and sat down in my desk, waiting for the teacher to walk in.

After about 10 minutes the teacher walked in, said good morning and started to explain a little project that we need to do by next week. Teachers usually give a project to do every couple of weeks and will make us perform in front of everyone, but they gave me the exception and let me record it and send it to them. "So as you know, this class is all about lyrical and ballet, so for this project we will be focusing on lyrical, I want everyone to make sure to go to all your dance lessons to learn the parts you need to complete. Any questions?" Everyone said no and Mrs.Lee nodded and started to give out the music. After passing me my music, the bell rang and everyone left, I'm always the last person to leave. "Hoseok, your dance in the last project was wonderful! You really need to start performing, I think you could pass the top student here!" I smiled a bit. "Thank you miss, I wish I could pass the top student...but it might never happen." She sighed. "You think it might never happen because of your shyness, I'm sure you'll grow out of it and show everyone your talent!" I smiled more and said goodbye to her and started walking to my next class.

~A couple of hours later~

It was finally lunch so I walked quickly to the cafeteria, got my tray of food and sat in the table near the corner, since no ever sits there. I started eating and watching a video of a lyrical performance when I saw someone in front of me. I took my ear buds off and looked at them. "H-Hey, I-I was wondering if I could sit here?" I nodded and smiled a bit as she sat down. "New here?" She nodded. "I'm Ally, what's your name?" "It's Hoseok. Nice to meet you" I smiled softly. "Nice to meet you too, how long have you been in the Arts Academy?" I sighed. "Probably 2 years already, is it your first year or a different year?" "I was in another academy but my family moved near here so I started coming here, it's my second year of this, even though it was different at the last one." I kept talking to her, well Ally did most of the talking and I just nodded or replied back at whatever she said. Soon enough the bell rang and we went to our next class.

We walked to the dance studio since the last class was there. There was different choreographers and everyone went to their specific one. I went into a private studio and saw the choreographer. "Hey Hoseok! Ready to start?" I nodded and smiled a bit. I got into my dance clothes and went back to choreographer. "Okay let's start stretching first then we can start learning the dance." I nodded and started stretching for awhile, then started to learn the dance. After about 4 hours, we finished learning so I went back to my dorm and made some ramen as dinner and got some water. I ate the ramen and drank the water, washed dishes and changes into pajamas and fell onto my bed and covered myself in the blanket and fell asleep.
