#18 - reality check

i don't think I'll be returning to night talks for a while but i feel like we need a reality check with the one direction reunion

sooo, we all want a one direction reunion pretty damn bad but can we just think for a moment

our boys are going into their 30s, the main appeal of 1d was that they were teenage boys and it was targeted towards teenage girls to make money

now i kinda have a theory that one direction said they were going on a break but were actually ending the band but didn't want to hurt us like that so they just played it off like that.

but i think they truly went on a break because they grew up out of the band and wanted to do their own thing

and the reality that they're gonna get back together and continue their legacy is really unrealistic

sure one direction are big as fuck but they're adults making a living without each other

and watching grown men perform bubble gum pop might be appealing to us but not really to the world

so I think a reunion would be the most they would do
