Few minutes walk, they stopped. A small boat rested at the river. “You will follow the path of the Kuf until it takes you to Higel” Vivian approached him, ordered the guards to get back. She chanted something and leaned towards Erton, the necklace in her hand ready to rest around his neck. She put the necklace, “The map is inside along with a sun lodestar. Do you know how it works?”

“Yes, Elena has taught me” Erton replied. He looked at the sky, he wished no storm. “Lady Vivian, please pray that there won’t be a storm during me voyage, please”

She rubbed his hands, “No, there wont be any storm today”. She straightened her back, faced towards the crowed which still yelled at Erton. “if we see you anywhere in this land, we have the right to end your life, so do not get out of the ship and stay in this land” the crowd lowered their voice. She lowered her head, “You are not a Valvor, do not behave like one” her voice was heard by the people and they consented Yeah. “Now go, You are no part of this land”

Erton carried his crate with him and slammed it in the boat. It was a fairly big enough boat for him, another facility endowed by Kelvin. A guard kicked the boat away from the land. The boat moved forward, unhurriedly with the river's tide. The voyage of Erton as the Son of Reynor commenced, but only he and Vivian had its notion.

People shot stone and mud at him, hitting him as his boat slid along with the water. The muds and stones gradually faded along with the people. The yelling slowly got replaced by the sound of the river. Now, Etron sat alone, no one around him, far far away.

The Queen's arms rested in the balcony, her body leaning forward. The city of Gornkul seemed busy, voices rose till the sky. The fresh sunray hit every establishments and stall, every child playing and running. Few caravans infiltrating the golden city and few turned around, scared away by the fierce guards. Far away was a temple, temple of the Maidens, a huge structure scribed with their image in every corner. A golden pike erected from top of the temple, darting the hot rays at her eyes. Servants cleaned her room behind her, she was expecting someone's arrival.

The door of her room creaked followed by a gentle thud. He arrived. Unhastily, she turned behind. Her face, wholly decorated with colours, shades around her eyes and red pigment in her lips. Her cheeks, pinkish, but not by nature, another touch of colour to her face. She seemed prepared. “You have arrived rather fast then I anticipated, King Reynor Valvor”. A familiar figure made itself visible, Timmer. “And your protector, Rudner”

“Oh, don’t mind us, we are fast men”, what did I just say?. King Reynor spread his arms and bow a little. Every slave left the room. Queen Julia stared at him, his fine attire had made him look remarkable, and he had cut his wild beard short, made him look like a real King rather than a wild berserker. Long, blond hair braided with beauty. He neared her, “Me protector has a real care for me, so he insisted to follow”

Timmer stayed behind, he wished not to come between the monarchs although his eyes didn’t slip away from the Queen. Julia glanced at him, he let out a smile.

“I wish my protector was that caring” she pulled her eyes away right when it's sight collided with Timmer's green eyes. The charm of her smile slipped away just for a blink, she turned around to face the city. “Ectern has his own problems”. She returned to her poster at the balcony.

Reynor followed, he leaned just like Julia. His huge arms tightened, Julia glanced at it twice, side glances. Reynor breathed in, he wished not to make a fool of himself and not infatuated by her presence. “So, Why have ya-you called me here?”

“I had called you to discuss your kingdom. You know, its trades, laws, religion ...” she resisted the urge to glance one more time at his huge arms. But now I wish something else.
