*Ringing* I slap the clock and get comfortable again. *Ringing* for the love of. I sit up and look at the clock that was fine then spotted my phone. Wanting to go back to sleep I contemplate laying down but decided to check my phone. One missed call from Ms Mcmahon...at 5:00. I click her contact and call back.
Stephanie: Hello?
Me: Morning
Stephanie: Did I wake you?
Me: *lying* No
Stephanie: Okay meet me in the movie room.
Me: Okay

5 minutes later
I open the door to the room and cover my eyes, the huge screen blinding me.
Stephanie: You finally showed up Jones.
Me: Is there a reason why you wake me two hours before my shift?
Stephanie: Yes, you like war movies right?
Me: Yes ma'am
Stephanie: Midway or 300?
Me: Pardon?
Stephanie: As a team bonding exercise we're gonna watch a movie so which one?
Me: What about Hunter?
Stephanie: *sarcastically* What about Hunter? You work for me aswell so pick one.
Me: Midway
Stephanie: See that wasn't so hard now pick a seat and get comfortable. I'll grab some drinks and snacks. She leaves the room and the lights turn off. This is a terrible idea.

5 minutes later
Stephanie: Jones?
Me: Yes Stephanie?
Stephanie: I'm back and here you go.
She hands me a bag of popcorn and a Sprite sitting next to me.
Stephanie: I would've gotten alcohol but company policy prevents it within 24 hours of work.

15 minutes later
She leans her head onto my arm and I glance at her confused.
Stephanie: Just getting comfortable Jones.

Movie end
I stand up to leave but Stephanie grabs me arm.
Stephanie: Where do you think you're going Jones?
Me: To prepare for tonight, I don't think Hunter wants me relaxing on NXT days.
Stephanie: He isn't here, he has meetings, he'll be at the arena when NXT starts. So sit back down and we can watch the 300.
Me: Ma'am are you sure?
Stephanie: Yes
Man she's beautiful, no she's my boss get your head in the game I'm being tested and failing misserably.
I sit back down and she leans against me again.
Stephanie: Why so professional Jones?
Me: Once again Stephanie you're my boss
Stephanie: *chuckles* *purring* Right but some bosses are friends with their employees what makes you and I any different?
I don't respond
Stephanie: I asked you a question Jones.
Me: There isn't a difference.
Stephanie: My point exactly.

NXT Takeover
I sit in a office with my bosses and look at some paperwork.
Hunter: If you win Midas, what idea do you have going forward?
Stephanie: He can join Raw.
Hunter: Maybe, but we need a storyline for that case.
Me: The authority should make a come back.
Hunter: Sounds good continue.
Me: One by one we increase our numbers, but this time bring in young stars, destined for a bright future.
Stephanie: I like it.
Hunter: So do I, which means if you win tonight you join Raw, if you lose you stay.
Me: Yeah but there's still 3 people who aren't too fond of me winning.
Hunter: The UE? Their barred from ringside and if they show up you win the title by default.
Me: Thanks
Hunter: You're welcome kid

2 hours later
Ring POV
Roderick Strong comes out alone taunting the crowd before entering the ring and posing.

Midas tighten his gloves and walks down the ramp entering the ring. The two men stand in their respective corners.
Ring announcer: The challenger standing at 6'4 weighing at 225 pounds from New Orleans Louisiana Midas.
He cracks his neck and stretches in his corner.
Ring announcer: And his opponent standing at 5'10 weighing at 200 pounds his is the NXT North American champion Roderick Strong!
He raises his title and hands it off for the ref as the bell is rung. The two men lock up and Midas down Strong with clinch knee strikes.

Roderick Strong climbs onto the turbuckle. He dives on Midas but he catches him midair and hits a buckle Bomb. Midas hooks the leg.

The bell is rung and Midas stands with the help of the ropes.

The COO makes his way down to the ring as Midas is handed his title. He enters the ring and Midas watches him with the championship in hand.
The COO reaches a hand, Midas accepts it and hands off the title. Midas salutes and exits the ring walking backstage.
Chace POV
Hunter: You wasn't trying during that match were you?
Me: No sir
Hunter: Good I didn't want you to show off your whole moveset before the new authority that I won't be apart of.
Me: Yes sir.
Hunter: You do know that you can keep that title until Monday?
Me: Yes sir but it belongs in your hands.
Hunter: Alright kid, the pilot is waiting so grab your bag and meet me at the pad.
