You and Chuck sat together on your couch in your living room. You could tell Chuck felt weird about Bryce being back in town.

"Chuck...Honey you okay?" you asked him, reaching over to hold his hand.

"Huh? Oh! Yeah... Yeah I'm fine. It's just..."

"You didn't think you would see him again did you?" You finished for him.

"Yeah..."

"Do you want to head over to Sarah's and we can talk to them?"

"No... No. We planned on spending the night together and that's what we are going to do."

"You sure? It's not going to ruin anything is it?"

"No. I have you here so I am perfect. We can talk to them tomorrow."

"Alright. Now come here." You smiled, putting your arms around his neck. Chuck laughed and leaned in to kiss you.

The next day, you and Chuck were at your jobs. Casey went over to grab Chuck.

"Lunch break: Orange Orange."

" Yogurt again? Can't we have a meatball sub?"

"We're not eating, idiot. We got a new mission."

" Does it have anything to do with Bryce-- why he's in town?"

" I don't know. If I know Larkin, he's probably here for a roll in the hay with Walker."

Chuck just raised his brows when he told them that.

You and Chuck were now sitting together down in Castle, Sarah and Casey coming to join them.

Sarah sat down in front of you both and you both smirked at her.

"Any idea what Bryce is doing in town?" Chuck asked her.

"Is he staying with you? you added.

"Not now guys." Sarah said, staring you both down.

"Is there something you would like to share with the rest of the class, Mr. Bartowski and Ms. L/N?" Beckman asked appearing on the screen.

"No, sorry, General. Zipping it up." Chuck said while you just shook your head.

" The Fulcrum threat is far worse than it originally appeared. We've learned one of their agents stole an encrypted microchip containing top secret information out of the DNI. The information on the chip contained highly classified intelligence-- a refresh for the new Intersect."

" Is there anything on that chip that could compromise our cover?" Sarah asked.

"Unfortunately, yes."

You and Chuck looked at each other after hearing Beckman say that then looked back at her.

" Agent Larkin has learned that Fulcrum hired Von Hayes, a wealthy software magnet, to decrypt the chip and deliver the encoded information back to them. Mr. Hayes is throwing a lavish party at his Bel Air estate this evening. The finest dining, music and food. Your job will be to pose as a married couple and steal back the chip."

" See? This is what I'm talking about, General. Finally a mission Y/N and I can sink our teeth into." Chuck said, a little excited. "Dust off the tux, polish up the dancing shoes... Y/N in a gorgeous dress." he said looking at you and winked and you blushed.

" No, Chuck. This mission is going to require real spies."

All of a sudden, right on queue, Bryce came walking in.

"Sorry I'm late. L.A. traffic's still the worst." he said as he went to sit down next to Sarah.

" Bryce and Sarah will be posing as our married couple for tonight." Beckman continued. "Chuck, Y/N, you'll be posing as waiters. Try and flash on and identify the Fulcrum agent."

"So... no Mr. and Mrs. Carmichael tonight?" you asked looking over at Sarah.

"Sorry."

"Well, Mrs. Anderson." Bryce said, pulling out wedding bands and handing one to Sarah.

You and Chuck looked at each other, both feeling a little disappointed. Not the type of mission you were looking forward to.
