*One month later*
Katsuki's POV:
After spending a month with Chipmunk and Tiny, it's been great, I guess. Those Dumbasses can get their shit done. Like today, we recorded some of the songs we've been working on. It was my first time rapping in any of our songs and on any of our albums. Shitty hair is pretty helpful when he wants to be. He's been helping Chipmunk with the vocal warmups so it doesn't hurt her. He even helped me with my voice to make sure that I didn't hurt it while rapping. I don't know what he meant by that though.
Something that I have realized about Chipmunk and Tiny is that I'm very protective of them. The other day, this extra tried to catcall Mai and I decided to punch him in the mouth. It's a good thing he didn't sue or some shit, but I did get on the news. I've had to keep my head down in public because of that incident.
The media is kind of picking up on the girls being a part of the band. Just yesterday, Chipmunk, Shitty Hair, and I were swamped with paparazzi. I mean, it gave me an excuse to hold her hand in public, but it wasn't the best situation to be in. Luckily, there were no rumors about that or I would be in deep shit.
I really don't want the media thinking I'm cheating on Shitty Hair with Chipmunk. I have a date with both of them tomorrow though, so we will see how it goes. It's a somewhat double date, I guess. I don't know if they told me much about it or not. I just tune them out sometimes.
"Katsuki, It's our turn to record vocals. Are you ready?" Chipmunk said as she came and tapped me on my forehead. I shook my head at her. "Well, hurry up then!" She's way too excited about this. It's pretty cute though.
"Okay, so both of you; go in there and sing "Into Your Arms". Haruki, do you know how the mics work?" Deku asked, looking over at her.
"Yep! I'm so excited." She said ecstatically, jumping up and down.
"Princess, did you warm up? Also, stop screaming like that. It's going to ruin your vocal chords." Shitty Hair said, walking over and messing with her head a little. She nodded at him, blushing slightly
"Looks like you guys can keep her under control. Now, if only she would listen to me." Tiny said, eyes rolling said laughing hysterically. Chipmunk just pouted, crossing her arms in front of her chest before walking into the recording studio. Chipmunk is something else. I'm sorry, but I have to laugh.
"You're kinda mean, you know that?'' Denki said, turning on the mic that was outside of the box. I rolled my eyes and put on my headphones, waiting for Chipmunk to put hers on also. After recording the song she wrote, I walked out of the studio. We had one more song to record after the small break we were granted. After Shitty Hair and Chipmunk recorded the last song, everyone started packing up. Well, everyone other than Tiny, Chipmunk, Deku, and Icy Hot.
"What are you guys doing? Aren't we done for the day?" I asked, looking at Deku. Did they do something wrong?
"Oh, yeah. We just wanted to play around with some stuff from today. I wrote a song the other day and we wanted to record it. Izu said it was okay. We didn't have a ride, so I talked to Shoto and he said he would stay after to take us back to the dorms." Tiny said, heading into the studio. "You can stay if you want to watch Haruki. We all know you have a thing with her.'' she winked before entering the box. I walked up to the window and stood there watching them to get set up. I ignored the comment she made about me and Haru. I mean, it was true, but I was a little annoyed with it.
"You know Katsuki, we all know you're into her. During our date tomorrow, it wouldn't hurt to be a little nicer to Haruki and Mai." Icy Hot said, nudging me a little bit. Icy Hot's just messing with me. I tsked and just stood, arms crossed, and looked through the window. Chipmunk started to play a Ukulele.
Since when could she play that?
She started strumming it waiting for Tiny to be ready. Once she was done, Chipmunk put it down and walked over to the mic. She started singing a song I haven't heard before. I remember reading it in one of her books a few days ago while chilling in her dorm.
Shitty hair and I both were sitting and got a little bored, so we looked around and at her things a bit. She let us go through some of the stuff in the room while she made us some tea. There were books on new songs, some thoughts on what we're singing, some stage design, costumes designs for everyone, and thoughts on all of us. In the one book, there was a song called "Thumbs". I don't know what that's about, but I liked it.
After about an extra hour of them playing around a little bit, they walked out and got all of their stuff together.
"Did you record the song?" Icy Hot asked after a little bit, bringing his arm to wrap around Tiny's waist.
"No, that was just for fun. But, it's definitely a song I want to do at some point. The chords in this were actually written down for another idea, but I scratched it. I kept the chords though and played around with them for a bit. Haruki also wanted to sing one of her songs she's written, so we thought about combining the two together." Tiny said smiling, looking up at Icy Hot with a slight blush on her face.
"Are you ready for the hour drive back?" Icy Hot asked her.
"Why don't you guys just move closer?" Deku asked, shaking his head.
"Well, unlike you guys, we have to live at school. I mean, it's not like we're from here, so we can just live at our house and attend classes like a normal person." Mai sarcastically said.
"Oh yeah, how's that going?" icy Hot asked, giving her a cheeky smile.
"They're pretty easy classes. I don't know about Haruki, but I think I'm going to switch to all-online. I think it's good for not only me, but for my mental health," Mai continued to talk to Icy Hot and I walked over to Chipmunk.
"Hey, you're being quiet. Is everything okay?" I asked, looking down at her. I saw she was looking at her phone. "Haruki? Hey, are you okay?" I brought my arm up and wrapped it around her shoulders. She instead, just grabbed my wrist and led me outside. After the door closed, she finally looked up into my eyes. Tears were falling from them and rolling down her cheeks. Her face was flushed and her cheeks were bright red. "What happened?"
