Chapter 18

Erica's POV

We make it back to the entrance to see pure chaos. I look to my right and see Aizawa sensei bleeding on the ground with a giant blue bird holding him down. "Ayo! What the fuck is going on here?!" My outburst got, who I'm assuming is the leader's, attention. "Oh, so you're the one the boss was talking about." He starts walking towards me but I stand my ground. "Who would've guessed you went to U.A? That just makes my life so much easier." As he gets closer, I use my telekinesis to make Bakugo and Kiri float away from me. "P-pebble what are doing?! He might hurt you!" The blue-haired man comes to a stop a foot in front of me. "Go get him, bestie! He has a disintegrating quirk by the way!" I nod my head at Alia before looking back at the man in front of me. 

"You must be Erica. My name is T-" "Tomura Shigiraki? Yea, no the fuck it's not." I use my quirk to make a protective dome around the rest of the class. He cocks an eyebrow at me. "Oh? Then do tell me what my name is." I smirk. "Your real name is Shimura Tenko." He glares at me. "How the fuck do you know my name?" I smile. "I used my quirk, silly. Your thoughts are really loud." He reaches his hand out to touch me but stops before he makes contact. I raise my eyebrow. "Changed your mind? Go ahead, touch me bitch." He reaches forward and grabs my throat. I wince as I use my healing quirk to cancel out his quirk. I grab his neck with 4 fingers. "It would really be a shame if your own quirk was used against you, wouldn't it?"

Right before my pinky can make contact with his skin, I feel a punch hit the side of my cheek, sending me flying a couple of feet away. "ERICA!!!" I hear the majority of the class scream my name, scared for my safety. 

I get up and with the dust off of my hero suit. I look at the bird thing that punched me and laughed. "Is that what you call a punch? I barely felt it!" I teleport in front of it and punch a big hole in its torso, making it fly backward and crash into a tree. "Now that is a punch." I turn around and give a thumbs up to my friends. "Erica behind you!!" I hear Midoriya call out. I turn around a barely dodge the bird's attack. 

Shigiraki laughs and stands next to the mutant. "Nomu here has extreme regenerative powers. It can heal itself within seconds of being damaged!" I continue to dodge the Nomu's attacks that seem to be coming non stop. "This shit is ridiculous." I kick my leg up right into its jaw and send it flying through the roof. I glare at Shigiraki. "I'll deal with you when I get back." Before he even has time to respond, I jump through the hole the Nomu made and continue my attacks, pushing us higher in the air.

We make it up past one of the skyscrapers and I put more power and speed into my punches. "Ay. Say 'hey' to the man up there for me, will ya?" I use Uraraka's quirk and my strength quirk to punch the Nomu past the stratosphere, sending it out to space. Since I'm now in "public" using my quirk would be illegal, so I just let gravity pull me to the ground. I turn around so my back is towards the ground while I watch the clouds come into my view. I close my eyes and soak in the sunlight above. 

"This is nice."

"It really is, isn't it." 

My eyes shot open at the unknown voice and see a man with red wings hovering over me. I looked around to see that I stopped falling, but I'm just floating. I look at the mystery man and glare at him. "Who are you and what did you do to me?" He smirks. "The name's Hawks, the number 3 hero! And I just saved your life! Your welcome." I scowl at the man. "And who said I needed saving?" I activate my wings and he stares in shock. "W-wow. They're bigger than mine!" I roll my eyes. "Yea yea, whatever. Can you let me go now? I kinda got stuff to do." I see these red feathers come from behind my back and attach themselves back to his wings. 

"Thanks. Now if you'll excuse me." I deactivate my wings and continue free falling. "Heavy Metal!" My body turns into steel and I drop to the ground quicker than before. I end up making another hole in the dome of USJ and create a crater where I landed. "Whoops. My bad." I look up to see the Pros here, but the villains are gone. 

"Where did crusty go?" I asked the first person I walked up to, which happened to be Bakugo. "Tch. He turned into a little bitch and ran away as soon as the pros showed up." I hummed in response and walked to my best friends. "Hey, how are Aizawa and Thirteen?" They smiled at me. "They will be fine. They're strong, they won't die that easily." Alia wrapped her arm around my waist and walked towards the exit. Raven came up and wrapped her arm around my shoulders. "Yea, and that was pretty badass bestie. You totally kicked that freaks ass." I laughed. "And did."

While walking to the exit, Midoriya and some more of my classmates ran up to me, but Iida was the first to speak. "Erica, I heard what happened while I was gone! What you did was completely irresponsible and reckless! You could've gotten yourself killed! Please, never-" I groaned loudly. "Iida sweetheart, I'm fine! You heard what Aizawa said in the class earlier, my quirk makes me as strong as the pros. You don't have to worry about me." I lift my hand to cup his cheek and stroke his cheek with my thumb. "Thank you for getting the teachers like I asked, we were counting on you. Thank you." I lightly pat his cheek twice and walk around leaving him a shocked and blushing mess. 

The class laughs at his state and he regains his composure. "T-that was h-highly inappropriate!" We all laugh louder as we leave USJ. Well that was an interesting field trip, and I have a feeling that won't be the last time we meet.
