Everything was crazy the morning of the start of the new school year. Everyone was running around their rooms packing their last minute items and carrying their heavy trunks to the company cars that the Ministry had provided for us. I was both extremely excited  and extremely nervous.

"What's wrong Anna?" Fred asked as he sat down on my bed, beside me.

"It's nothing..."I lied.

"Don't lie, now tell me what's really wrong."

"It's- it's just... what if I get sorted into a different house and I can't make any friends?" I confessed.

"Well, there's probably going to be someone you can be friends with...and if no one likes you, you can just tag along with Percy or something. He doesn't have any friends either." George added as he sat down on the other side of me.

"And Mum and Dad won't really care too much if your sorted into another house, unless you put with the snakes...and if that happens, I would even bother coming home," Fred joked causing me to laugh softly. They both then smiled at me and left the room.

When we finally arrived at Kings Cross Station and onto the platform 9 3/4, I was instantly faced with the chaos of the student and parents. The whole plate for  was packed with witches and wizards dropping off their kids to school. It lifted my spirits that after having to accompany the other Weasleys to the station for years, I finally allowed to board the train myself. I was thrilled at the thought of being at Hogwarts for the next 7 years!

I quickly kissed Mum and Dad goodbye, but not before they gave everyone a quick talk. "Bye now! Take care of her!" Mum called out to me and the other Weasley kids. I then climbed onto the Hogwarts Express and watched everyone saying their last few goodbyes to family and friends.

I tracked my way through the congested train corridors and had no luck finding an empty compartment so I decided on standing near the toilet doors and just waiting for the crowds in the hallways to die down a bit before searching for the other Weasleys. I then spotted a familiar blonde boy leaning against one of the compartment doors. At the sight if him, a smile crept onto my face as I ran over to him but before I could say anything he playfully tackled me into a hug. "Woah chill! It's onto been a few days since we last saw each other!" I laughed.

"Don't flatter yourself Weasley. I just missed seeing seeing your ugly face," he joked and I hit his shoulder slightly. "Owch! What was that for?" He asked as rubbed his shoulder.

"Stop being so dramatic. It didn't even hurt," I rolled my eyes.

"Don't you have a compartment? I hope you weren't planned on camping in the hallways for the whole ride."

"No I don't and I wasn't planning on staying in their dirty corridors for another 8 hours," I replied defensively.

"Yeah well it sounds like something you would do... why don't you come and join my and my mates then?"he offered. I was a little unsure at first but before I could say anything he grabbed my hand and guided me to his compartment. I slowly followed him inside and was met by the faces of 4 other Slytherins.

"And who might this be?" One of the boys questioned, indicating to me.

"Oh this is-" but before Draco could finish his sentence I interrupted him so I could give a proper introduction.

"I'm Anna Weasley," I said politely as I held out my hand for him to shake.

"Another Weasley? I'm Blaise Zabini by the way." he answered, shaking your hand. Before anyone could say anything else, the only girl (other than me) spoke up. "Coco baby..." she cooed resulting in Malfoy giving her a look of disgust and everyone else snickering at her nickname for him.
