AFA (All for All) Izuku is All Might and All for One's ( In my AU All for One is Good) Successor that means he can give his quirk to others and Steal quirks for his own. All For One and One for All Merged Together. Meaning He can now also Create Quirks. Izuku also has the powers of the previous users of One For All Meaning he also had to kept this quirk secret
