Epilogue
Periods

(Just so you know I don't censor out periods/menstrual cycles. They are a normal part of life and it's disgusting that women are raised to think that it's unnatural and should be hidden. Okay, carry on.)

Namjoon was trans, nothing wrong with it and he barely ever felt dysphoria upon him. But... there's that time of the month and after seven years, Yoongi and Taehyung knew what they were doing, and besides it's a good learning experience for the future of their daughter.

"Don't leave..." Namjoon grumbled, holding Yoongi back from getting up. Slowly he pulled back the covers, only to drop them back down and snuggle back into Yoongi's chest. "'m sorry..."

Yoongi smiled, he knew to be patient and assure Namjoon that it wasn't his fault nor will it ever be. It didn't make him any less of a man.

"Baby its okay, c'mon go take a shower and I'll get the sheets cleaned, 'Kay?" Namjoon nodded and slowly got up, mumbling swears under his breath.

After his shower Namjoon had to find some pads, only, there were no more.

"'gi... c-can you pop to the shop and—." Namjoon got interrupted by a thud then his husband replying. Namjoon guessed the older probably fell over a toy.

"I'm on it! I'm on it! Let me just quickly pour Holly and Rap Mon some food then I'll go, you okay to wake the kids though?" Yoongi yelled, causing Namjoon to smile in content. He had the best husband in the world and nothing could change that.

"Yeah, I should be fine, thank you!" Namjoon was quiet as he pulled on his thickest black jogging bottoms (sweat pants) and over sized shirt. If he was going to feel dysphoric then damn he was gonna be comfy doing it.

Before you ask, yes I did say daughter and Yoongi did say kids. In the four years that we had skipped Namjoon and Yoongi had adopted a baby girl called Yoonji who surprisingly looked a lot like Yoongi.

"Taehyung-ah! Come grab your breakfast!" Namjoon shouted from the kitchen, cooing at Yoonji.

"Where's Appa?" Taehyung asked through a mouth full of cereal.

"Gone to grab me some stuff don't worry bud. You going to walk with your friends or do you want me to drop you off?" Taehyung put his empty bowl into the sink and grabbed his bag.

"I'm good Dad! Bye bye!" And with that and the door clicking shut, Namjoon and Yoonji were alone.

With Yoonji being two and a half she was on her way to being able to walk, only, she couldn't find balance and after two or three steps fell on her face. she had a rough start and only started late. It was a worry for the parents every time.

"Aish you're gonna have to deal with this when you're older aren't you baby girl?" Yoonji laughed in response, a smile on her face and in her heart forming. "Are you Daddy's princess?" Namjoon nodded. "Or Appa's princess?" Namjoon shook his head.

"Daddy!" Namjoon nodded and looked at his daughter with pride. Damn straight she was his princess.

"Don't worry, Daddy's gonna kick aaaaaallllllllll the bad boys away. Because those di—."

"Don't swear in front of my baby!" Namjoon pouted as Yoonji was picked up by Yoongi. The latter smiled. "They're in the bag, you can have her back in a bit."

As Namjoon was in the bathroom Yoongi frowned as he looked at Yoonji. "Aish I don't think I'm ever gonna be ready for you to grow up..." Yoongi pried Yoonji's fingers from her mouth. "You love Appa the most, right?"

"Daddy!"

"Fine, I've still got Taehyung," Yoongi muttered back.

"No Taehyung said he liked me better!" Namjoon yelled from the other room.

"Yah! You don't get a say in our private conversation you fiend!"

The day went on smoothly for the three: Yoonji decided to give her Daddy and Appa a break and not cry (thank god) and Namjoon hadn't had any cramp--. Whoops, spoke too soon again.

"Hey, stay here let me grab you some medicine and a hot water bottle, don't move." Namjoon nodded and let Yoongi leave, missing the older before he was even out of eyesight. Yoongi himself was internally praying that Namjoon wouldn't get any cramps, how unlucky was he?

Despite not liking the hot water bottle, Yoongi couldn't bring himself to wake Namjoon up but he did have to make lunch for the family and their friends as they were coming over. "Joon, hun. Gotta make lunch, Seokjin's coming as well." Namjoon nodded and got up, his eyes adjusting to the light.

"It's morning?"

"N-no-." Yoongi tried to stifle his laugh. "Hun, it's autumn, the sun sets early, remember?" Namjoon groaned in response and got up.

"fuckin' sick of my period."

"I know, I know."

And that's all folks :]
