While the band was practicing, I snuck upstairs to go through some old boxes my mom had left. Julie's moms things were still here, but she had put them farther into the attic. Opening a box that said 'Angel' on it, I began looking through it for a dress.

Confusion settle in my body as I stared down at a silk white dress in the box. It was the only thing in the box. On top of it was a folded piece of paper. Opening the paper, I began reading it.

She had passed before she got the time to wear this. As a child, she stared up at this dress in a boutique so when I saw this on the anniversary of her death I knew I had to get it. Somehow, it made me feel closer to her. Unfortunately, it hurts my heart to see it lately. Angel and Luke would be married by now, I would have grandkids. If only I had accepted them, I would have my kids with me. I couldn't bring myself to get rid of it, so I left it with her belongings. If you find this, please keep it with her things.

Wiping tears away from my eyes, I picked the dress up out of the box as I stood up. It was a silk white dress with a slit going up the leg. Smiling, I turned to my mirror to see it fully. Closing the attic door softly so Carlos and Julie's dad didn't hear it, I quickly changed.

The dress was a perfect fit. Tears flooded my eyes as I stared at myself in a mirror. "Angel?" Reggie peaks his head inside the room. Smiling, I turned to him. "Wow." Reggie beams before joining me in front of the mirror.

"Well? Do you like it?" I enquired, turning back to the mirror.

"You look beautiful, Angel. I'm lucky you're my best friend." Reggie places an arm around my shoulders. "We should hang out one of these days, just us." I laughed, smoothening out the dress. "Ice cream and then we come back to play bass?" Reggie replies, helping me pull my hair back so it's resting on my back.

"Yes, I'm so down." I laughed, hearing footsteps approaching. "Who is it?" I called out. "It's me!" Luke calls out.

"Hold on!" Reggie exclaimed, rushing to the door to stop him. "What's going on?" I hear Luke ask as I began pulling the dress off, the boys disappearing behind the door.

"I'm in my dress!" I called out, placing the dress neatly back in the box and placing it under my vanity. Throwing on one of Luke's shirts and some shorts, I called out for them to come in.

The two of them entered the room as I made sure the dress was completely covered. "I'll see you guys later." Reggie excused himself before exiting the room. Smiling, I made my way over to Luke before hooking my arms behind his neck. "Hi, baby." He smiles down at me before kissing me gently.

"Hi." I kissed the tip of his nose before looking into his blue eyes.

"Where's Alex?" I asked, looking towards the door. "He said he's going to hang out with Willie." Luke replies as he lets go of me to sit on the edge of my bed.

"I can't wait until they fess up their feelings." I laughed, leaning against my dresser.

My bed was in the right corner, my vanity and my dresser are sitting a few feet away parallel to it, and my boxes were strung out everywhere.

"Yeah, me too. They're cute together." Luke agrees, leaning back on his hands. As we spoke, I felt an itch on my back.

"Could you scratch my back, please?" I turned my back to Luke, lifting my hair so it was out of the way. Luke's fingers gently pressed into me as he scratched my back for me. Grinning, I relaxed my shoulder.

Once Luke decided he was done, he placed his hands on my hips and pulled me onto his lap. Luke gently kissed my shoulder as I leaned my head back on his shoulder.

Luke began placing soft kisses on a trail to my neck. "Lu." I groaned, relaxing my body against his. "What? I could tell you're stressed with the wedding." Luke murmurs against my skin, sending shivers down my spine. Luke smiled against my skin as he processed my reaction.

Shaking him off, I stood up before turning to him. My hands rest on his shoulders as he looks up at me with pleading eyes. "I wasn't done." Luke pouts. Giggling, I leaned down and pressed my lips against his before straddling his lap. Luke tilts his head for better access to my lips.

Catching my breath, I pulled away briefly. "I love you." Luke whispers before rolling us over. "I love you too, loser." I joked before leaning in and kissing him again.

"We should go to the beach!" Luke exclaimed as he walked into the garage. I was the only one in here because I was playing some bass guitar while Julie was with her friend in her room, Reggie took Jordan out, Alex was with Willie, and Luke went to visit his mom. It was nice to be alone for a few.

"Can we?" I asked, looking down over the ledge. Luke looks up at me with a playful look.

"I wouldn't have suggested it if we can't." Luke laughs as he crosses his arms. Laughing, I climbed down from the loft before standing in front of Luke.

The two of us poofed so we were now standing on a beach. Thank god I decided to wear a dress tonight, the breeze was beautiful.

Not many people were here because it was late. Luke gently intertwined our fingers as we began walking. "How are your parents?" I asked Luke as we walked. The cold water grazing my feet as we walked by the tide brought me closer to Luke.

"They're alright. Your parents were there." Luke replies, gently rubbing my hand with his thumb.

"Really? How are they?" I asked, gently swinging our hands.

"Good, I think. My mom told them about us being ghosts and your parents cried and asked about Alex. Safe to say I also cried." Luke softly laughs, bringing my hand to his lips and pressing a soft kiss to the back of my hand.

Instead of replying, I walked closer to him. He always made me comfortable. "Thank you for bringing me here." I glanced up at him as we walked. "It's beautiful, isn't it?" He smiles, glancing at the dark ocean.

"I love it here." I smiled, swinging our hands more.

Not too long after, Luke and I sat down on the sand and looked out over the ocean. The ocean was beautiful at night, I loved it. Even though I was absolutely terrified of drowning, I've always loved how peaceful the ocean was at night. I don't really need to be scared of drowning anymore, I'm already dead.

"I wrote a song about you." Luke whispers in my ear, jolting me back into reality. "You did?" I beamed, looking up at him. His back was to the ocean so we could talk.

Nodding, Luke leans in a presses a soft kiss against my lips. Laughing, I gently pushed his shoulder so he was laying in the sand. Luke loudly laughs as he hits the sand.

Hey guys! Sorry it took me so long to update. Life's been a bit crazy because school started up and I'm trying to get into an Ivy League school, you know. I'm going to try and write more often though!
