Prologue
Nine hundred and fifty two years in the future, the world had finally regrouped after countless global warming disasters. The world split and regrouped into two main countries. Those countries were at war. Neither side would stop until the other was completely dead.
The five Supreme Masters sat side by side. This was war. There was absolutely no time to waste whatsoever. Supreme Master Comna definitely had no time to waste. The war was partly her fault. Well, not really. One of the things she loved most was the reason that this war had begun. Her brother. He was murdered by those rats that called themselves a country.
"Fellow Supreme Masters, Irinals has successfully taken over the western border colony. The margin for error is growing slimmer." Supreme Master Hanoi slammed several papers on the table.
"We should move our troops to the border, in order to ward them off." Supreme Master Beno suggested, shuffling papers together.
"I thought you weren't supposed to be and idiot. That is exactly what they want us to do. This leaves the back edge of our territories vulnerable. We will have their soldiers marching into our city in a matter of weeks. Supreme Master Comna, any ideas? You seem to heavily disagree with Beno's opinion." Supreme Master Hanoi seemed to glare at her through their thick painted mask. Their eyes under the two green dots painted in the center. Of course she had thoughts. Thoughts and ideas on how to slowly bring down each one of these fools. To claim what was hers, she would have to get rid of Irinals first, and build the trust of the other leaders.
"Yes, of course I do! I'm not half as stupid as Supreme Master Beno. Have you not considered the fact that we have in our hands very useful weapons? Nuclear weapons none the less? I know it's 'immoral' in your opinion, but this is war. And if you don't have the stomach to take necessary actions, then send one of our decoy fleets in that direction. The newest soldiers. Make them think that we are waltzing into their trap. Then we invade the eastern territory while distracting them at the southern border where they will invade. Make it seem like we moved our best fleets away, while really we will be the ones to attack." A complicated war strategy. Supreme Master Comna knew that she had better strategy than anyone in the room. She drew out the plan on a large virtual map.
"Excellent. No one will ever take over our cities. Good work Comna. Oh, and Beno? Tell the generals to lead Irinals to our most impoverished villages if they have to invade somewhere. Might as well be the eye sore." They laughed darkly. Supreme Master Comna's fingers dug into her palms as she curled up her fists under the table. Laugh all you want. But those are our citizens too. And every time I feed you my lies, my plan takes one more step forward. Someone new is going to take over the cities, and someone is going to take control of the continents. And that someone will have no mercy. She thought bitterly.
"On another note, we need to put the elder prisoners to sleep at prison station forty two. I'll alert the head of executions to dig two hundred and thirty more graves. What good are those who bear the curse if they can't even work?" Supreme Master Kaili interjected.
That struck yet another cord with Comna. I will make you apologize for every single cursed person you have tormented. She smiled. I will imprison you like how you imprisoned them. You will suffer like they all did. Then the whole world will fall to its knees for me. Me and my weapon. The one thousandth gravity breaker.
