2.Come Again?

Johns P.O.V~

John wasn't listening. He was distracted be Arlos eyes. Those gorgeous sapphire blue eyes that made the sky look pale. Ocean Eyes. Yes, John had fallen for those eyes, but he soon snapped back to reality when he heard the question that was whispered in his ear....

"You have an ability, don't you?"

John let his gaze fall to ground as Arlo awaited his answer. How was he suppose to say this? The ravenette wanted to cry, right them and there. He wanted to spill his guts and tell Arlo everything, about how he was a terrible king at his old school, how he had beaten his class half to death. But he sucked it up, nonetheless, John always told himself that he didn't have time for self pity. "You saw that?" He asked quietly, he wasn't sure what else to say, he couldn't just say," wEll YEaH i'Ve gOt aN ABiliTy aNd i LiEd tO tHe eNtiRe sChOol plUs mY bEsT fRiEnd," no, that would be too easy. "Yes, was having a walk around the campus and-" Arlo had started saying but then the door burst open with Remi yelling,"JOHN!" Whist running towards his bedside with Blyke and Isen jogging behind her. "I've been lookin for you EVERYWHERE!" Remi said, panting, probably from all the running she was doing. Blyke looked like shit. All his hair was whipped to one side of his head and his shirt was dirty was dust and such. And his face and hands were bandaged. And Isen was no better. His blazer was missing his face was fucked up with lots of scratches and bruises. It looked like They we're fighting again.The usual.

Remi's P.O.V~👑

She's been looking for John all day. They had become friends ever since she had helped him with his papers in the hallway that one time. She was starting to get worried because he didn't answer his phone, he ALWAYS answers, not matter what the time was. She had heard about him throughout the school, about how he was sassy and managed to make friends with Sera and was just sucking up to her for protection, but most also praised him for his fighting and boxing skills. Remi had never picking on John, not that she was scared of Sera, but she just never saw the point. She and John had gone out together a couple of times go places she liked, such as Yin and Yang(a restaurant that I made up) and places he liked such as Woba Boba(a store in the webtoon).
Remi liked John, she thought he was really kind and sweet, despite people hating him for being a cripple, he was like a brother to her. So seeing him beat up like this was really distressing to her. She didn't even know that he and Isen were friends until a few days ago. John seemed to notice Remi's distress."Oh don't worry Remi I'm fine this happens everyday, I'll bounce back by the end of today!"he beamed, trying to reassured her, but it wasn't working." But its not fair!"she complained." Life ain't fair Rems," John retaliated. "Its just how the system works, the most powerful at the top, weakest at the bottom, that's the way the world works sis, hierarchy is natural"."Just because your a cripple doesn't mean they have to beat you up, I mean it's not like you asked to be a cripple!"she went on to say. John sighed deeply, and Remi could tell he had the conversation before. But surprisingly, Blyke is the one who answered this time.

Blykes P.O.V~

"But why though?"he questioned. He never John personally till last week. Heck, even his best friend Isen was friends with the guy. At first, he wasn't sure what to think. But if Remi liked him, then he can't be that bad. And he was right. John was an awesome guy, he can cook, had a whole ass house to himself and gave great life advice, he's like a portable therapist. Blyke often wondered how John knew about all the things he'd told him about with so much detail. Like self-harm, self-care, self-worth, self-confidence, anger management, drugs, depression, anxiety, alcoholism and stuff like that. The thing Blyke worried about the most was if John had anyone to support him that way. And the man can dress, like no cap. He looked especially good in black."
