It is already midnight when Shiho went home from the club. She's a little bit drunk but she still can handle herself. Mary is in the living room waiting for her.
"Shiho." Mary calls out.
Shiho looks at her.
"Auntie!" She smiled.
"Kaito and Masumi asked me to watch Sumiko tonight." Mary said.
"Are you drunk?" She asked.
"Just a little bit. Bailey invited me to drink and chill out."
"It's nice to see you going out sometimes." She said.
Shiho sits down on the couch.
"Sumiko is sleeping?" Shiho asked.
"Yeah but don't wake her up she's peacefully sleeping now." Mary said.
"Auntie..."
Mary looks at her. Shiho put her head in her Aunt's Shoulder.
"I saw him." She said.
"He came here." Mary said.
"Did you... tell?"
"Of course not. But he told me he wants you back."
Shiho laughs.
"And you know even I didn't tell him that he's the real dad of Sumiko he told me he's willing to accept her and take care of you both." Mary added.
"He did?"
"Yeah. That only means he truly loves you. But I'm not saying give him another chance because at the end of the day you'll be the one who will decide what's good on both of you." Mary smiled.
"I still love him." Shiho said almost whisper but Her Aunt can still hear what she said.
Mary keeps quiet and listening to her.
"But... I'm scared. Because once I give him another chance and he fckd up this time again, he's not only going to hurt me. He's going to hurt my baby too. Shinichi is the kind of guy who'll make a promise but then you'll get disappointed because he's not willing to make his promises. If I told Sumiko about her Dad, she's going to be happy. But I'm afraid if Shinichi didn't stay again with us. So I think it's better if we didn't fix and try again."
Shiho smiled weakly.
"He can live without us. He's free to date a woman he wants."
Shiho stand up and went upstairs.
A week passed...
Shiho is feeling peaceful sitting on a chair doing her work. She didn't see Shinichi. Mary was back in London with Shuichi and his Wife. while Masumi stays in her apartment. Masumi is 1 month pregnant and Shiho asked her to stay and go back to London when she gave birth to her child, and for some reason she wants Masumi to stay in her apartment because someone will look for Sumiko for a while. Kaito is working harder as a detective, he's doing a great job in cases he's been working on, he's inspired to work because of his wife and their baby. He's excited to become a father and to meet his baby.
