Addison Leslie has known from the start that her mother wanted to get rid of her as soon as possible. Her eyes looked like her dad's, her nose like her dad's, her love for music like her dad's. And her mother does not want to be reminded of it anymore, not when she's starting a new family.
And so Addison moves in at Uncle Ronald's--her father's older brother--and stays there for two months until she's legal. In the new environment and in the midst of a different atmosphere, she meets Grant Nelson, a guy with scars in his heart, and a whole roller coaster of emotions that will surely scar her heart. And patch it up again.
