You slowly start to wake up the next morning...


(y/n): I can't believe... I am the new Lee...


Zuko then walked in.


Zuko: You're awake! I thought you were mumbling in your sleep.

(y/n): Oh, no, I wasn't...

Zuko: I see... In any case, I need to ask you something.

(y/n): What is it?

Zuko: ...Do you want to go back to Republic City?

(y/n): Honestly?... I miss all my friends...

Zuko: I know you do... That's why, before you leave today... I want to do a ceremony... Of my own tastes.

(y/n): Ceremony? And why am I leaving? Am I going back?!

You grabbed your duffle bag, and put it on the bed.

You change into your (f/c) shirt, and pants, and grab your bag... Only to see Roku was still FAST asleep on that bed.


(y/n): Damn dragon... Wake up you lazy bum!


Roku slowly woke up.


(y/n): Come on... We're going home.


For once, Roku got up excited... Guess he missed his buddies too, Naga and Pabu.


He crawled up my leg, and onto my shoulder.


(y/n): Ready?


He nodded, and you took one last look at the room... And walked out.



You made your way downstairs... You see Zuko readying his dragon.


(y/n): We're flying?

Zuko: Only to the port, I'll just be dropping you off.

(y/n): I see...


You were staring there... Zuko looked at you confused.


Zuko: Are we going?

(y/n): Don't we have to wait on the Fire Lord?

Zuko: Izumi is already at her ship!

(y/n): OH!


You got on the dragon, and it flew to the port, where the royal ship was waiting.


Shaw landed on the port, and you got off, and looked at your Master.


(y/n): Thank you... Master Zuko... I've learned so much from you these past few years... I can't thank you enough.


He got off his dragon.


Zuko: I'll surly miss you (y/n)... It has been an honor training someone like you... I shall never forget you.

(y/n): And I'll never forget you.


You hugged for a few minutes.


Zuko: You better get going, they're waiting on you.

(y/n): Alright... Thank you again sir!

Zuko: You're most welcome... Take care of yourself... Master (y/n).


You wave, and walk up the ramp...



You got the bridge to let them know you were here... And the ship sets sail... And you look back to see Zuko fly back to the palace on Shaw...



You go the front of the ship, and look at the clear water.


(y/n): We're heading home Roku.





TIMESKIP.



You've been at sea for a few days, when the morning of the third day... You made it back.


Izumi: Now, we're on a tight schedule men, and I need to make it to the city hall, soon.

Guard: But ma'am, what about that boy we brought with us?

Izumi: Ha... He's a boy full of life, and much potential... We brought him with us to bring him home... He's probably long off the ship.


She was right...



You were racing through the streets of Republic City, looking at all that was different, and all that was the same.


(y/n): Man, the spirit vines have really grown around the city, huh Roku?


Roku nodded, but went into your bag, probably to sleep... You were running through some streets, when you hear a voice you haven't heard in a long time.


Bolin: (y/n)!!


You turn around, and see Bolin and Varrick running to you.


(y/n): Bolin! And Varrick? What are you two wearing?


Bolin tackled you with a huge bear hug.


Bolin: I missed you so much dude!

(y/n): I missed you too... Again, what are you wearing?

Bolin: No time to explain, right now we need to get to City Hall!

(y/n): Uh, Bolin, you do know where you're going right?

Bolin: Yes! To City Hall.


You grab his head, and turn it behind him.


(y/n): City Hall is that way.

Bolin: ...OOOOOOOH... I thought this street looked familiar.

(y/n): Please don't tell me you've been going in circles.

Bolin: ...Mayyyyyybe...

(y/n): Really?

Varrick: Alright, come on you two!

(y/n): You two rush on ahead, I'll catch up.


Varrick and Bolin rush to City Hall... You followed behind... You weren't in a rush because you wanted to take in all that you missed from the City... But you also had an afterthought of someone in your mind.

You kept walking... But as you were walking... You heard a voice...


Lee(in your mind): Careful (y/n), you have followers.


You glance to your left, and see someone in a cloak.


You kept walking, thinking it was just a random person... But they followed you to the final turn before getting to City Hall... That's when you see Tenzin, the President, some kid in green clothing, and Fire Lord Izumi walking out, with Bolin, Mako... And Korra...


They hadn't noticed you yet... You were still walking down the street to get there... But you could tell Korra was different.


(y/n): Huh... She cut her hair.


Right when Bolin spotted you, he shouted your name.


Bolin: (Y/N)! You slow poke!


Everyone then looked at you... Even Korra... But you looked behind you instead of at them... Only to see that the cloaked man was indeed following you... You ignored Bolin and the others, and turned around.


Izumi: (y/n), look out!


The cloaked man picked up a boulder from the ground, clearly an earth bender, and threw it at you right when you turned around.
