Shadamy:A Shadow and A Rose

This is all my fault

Shadow had teleported Amy and him to his secret cave where he calls home although he wasn't much of a home because he was dark and there was no furniture or food.Shadow had managed to get his strength back but he was still very injured.He had bruises on his arms,face and blood still pouring out his neck to where he was lacking of oxygen.Amy tried to find some bandages to heal his wounds and hopefully wake him up so just so found some in his cave.Amy put the bandages on his wounds and it stopped the blood from coming out but he still wasn't speaking so she tried maybe singing to wake him up.

*Amy singing*

Her soft gentle voice managed to wake him up and the look in his eyes couldn't be more hurt because Amy was upset that she put him in this state because Shadow lost a-lot of his strength while fighting Sonic and knew that he had to rest for a while.

"Amy..I-is that you?" Shadow quietly speaking while trying to maintain breathing at the same time.

"Hi Shadow..."

Shadow managed to get up and sit next to Amy while she was trying to maintain a happy smile but still feeling guilty about letting him get hurt like this then starts to cry again.

Amy *sniffs *sniffs*

"Amy is something wro-" Shadow asked but then shots over to him and hugs him still crying where Shadow felt coming down his face aswell.

"This is all my fault,I never should have done this it's my fault that you got hurt and I wasn't there to save you.I'm so- I'm so sorry Shadow"
Amy crying again.

Shadow paused.He knew that he shouldn't have gone back with her even if he did and wanted to stay with her,he put her in a dangerous position and he made himself look vulnerable to others and especially him felt that made him look weak.

"No Amy,this is my fault.I shouldn't have gone home not that I didn't enjoy spending time with you I knew Sonic would assume that but I just ignored it because of my ignorance and hate towards that faker he got the best of me and I took advantage of your safety" Shadow trying not to cry but he couldn't contain it.

Amy stopped hugging Shadow and leaning up against him and trying to hold his hand while trying to get her positive sprite back.Shadow went ahead and held her hand back and Amy managed to get her smile.

"There,there's the Amy Rose"

"Shadow,it's okay to not feel okay sometimes but I'll always be here for you if you someone to talk"

"Shadow are you-"

Shadow grabbed both of her cheeks and softly kissed while she kissed him back after softly opening both of their eyes.

"...This is a thank you for saving me and being the only person who understands me".
