Shadow And Amy started to head to where Amy said they could stay for the being while trying to hide from GUN.She is the only person that's know of this secret place not even Sonic knows about it,in fact not any of her friends (well except for one)know about it.
"Where exactly is this secret hideout Amy?"Shadow questioned.
"Oh don't worry Shadow-kun,it's not that far and besides they said I can go anytime in need of an emergency" Amy replied
Shadow paused realising that Amy gave him a little nickname for him thinking "Wait..what did she just call me? Shadow-kun?! Hmm it has a nice ring to it" so he decided to give her a little nickname too.
"Okay my pretty" Shadow with his cute little nickname.
Amy heard and her blush started to blush feeling flattered,Shadow isn't one to give nicknames for others but since they had grown closer he started to warm up to her and so did she.
"Well here we are" Amy said and opened a tiny door leading to an underground hideout.
"What is this place?" Shadow asked.
"Oh this place is where me and Cream used to play in all the time when we were younger but now we have grown up,we don't come here that often anymore but we still keep it as a sign of our friendship also in bad emergencies where we would have somewhere to hide"
"Woah you really treasure this place don't you?"
"Yeah Shadow-kun,I do and I hope to make more memories here in the future".
Shadow again paused for minute,why was everything keeping them from being together I mean he knew he still didn't the l word to Amy but it reminded him of a famous play he read on the ARK with Maria.Romeo and Juliet about two star crossed lovers between feuding families and trying to be together,it reminded him that no matter how much he wanted to be with Amy there would always be something to keep them apart but he was sure that wasn't going to happen so he decided to say a quote from the play.
"Amy..If profane with my unworthiest hand this holy shrine,the gentle fine is this:My lips,two blushing pilgrims,ready stand To smooth that rough touch with a tender kiss.
Amy also had read Romeo and Juliet too so she decided to say something from the play too.
"Good pilgrim,you do wrong your hand too much,which mannerly devotion shows in this:For saints have hands that pilgrims hands do touch and palm to palm is holy palmers kiss"
"Have not saints lips, and holy palmers too?"
"Ay, pilgrim, lips that they must use in prayer".
"O, then, dear saint, let lips do what hands do;

"Then move not, while my prayer's effect I take.

"You kiss by the book".
From then there,Shadow started to gently touch Amy's hair where as she started to put her arms around Shadow and quietly then slowly they shared another kiss except this time it was much more longer which eventually led Shadow grabbed Amy's body against lifting her and started to kiss her even more.It was then decided that Shadow knew what he really wanted:Amy his true love and to Did my heart love till now? forswear it, sight! For I ne'er saw true beauty till this night.
