Part 19

William's Perspective:

Once I make it up the stairs and back onto the cliff, I see she's waiting for me there. We walk back together slowly. Mid way in the walk, I mind link to her "You're so beautiful Arabella." She turns her head to me and looks me in the eyes. It takes about half an hour to walk back and by the time we're back, I can tell Arabella is exhausted.

When we get back to the tree that I had placed my shorts on, she quickly grabs her clothes with her teeth and goes behind a big tree to shift and change, I do the same. Once she has her slip ons on her feet we start heading back, we both don't say anything, both of us still comprehending everything that's happened today, in the past couple hours.

When we make it to our large garden she finally speaks "So can you hear me too?" A frown makes its way on to my face thinking about how she still hasn't marked me and my wolf yet: "No you have to mark me too."

To my utter surprise she says "So how do I do that?" I walk about another ten steps and sit on one of the benches that are placed in the garden right beside quite a huge angel oak tree.

She comes and sits beside me and says "So tell me?" I say "Just bite me. That's it. You just have to bite me right here." I point to the spot in between my neck and collar bone.

She looks at me in a expression I can't read and she says "Can I do it now?" Although I really want her to mark me in this moment I have to make sure that she's certain about this, so I say "Ara, less then an hour ago, you said although you're sorry, and that you believe me about things I have been saying, but you still don't want to be mine, and you still don't want to be here, so how are you saying this now, I mean, of course you can mark me, but what made you change your mind about everything so quickly?"

She takes a deep breath "I was lying when I said that, it's hard to admit it, after I've been saying other wise for the past few days." I say "Okay, but are you certain about marking me? This ties us together completely." She looks me in the eyes and nods her head.

She moves closer to me and touches my spot "Right here?" I nod and turn my body to her so she can have better access. She brings her mouth close to the spot, I can hear her sharp teeth elongate before she pierces into my skin.

I feel the extreme pain and pleasure of her bite. When she pulls her teeth out, the puncture starts healing right away, she licks up the little bit of blood thats accumulated there, and then uses the side of her wrist to swipe the blood off her lips and chin.

She turns and then puts her back against the bench, crosses her legs then grabs my left hand and intertwines her fingers with mine. I don't say anything but the action on top of just being marked fills me with so much happiness I felt like I could fucking explode.

After sitting like that for half a minute I hear her say in mind-link to me; "Can you hear me now?" I answer "Loud and clear ma'am." She says "Okay so I don't have the guts to say this out loud, but I've felt attracted to you since the first moment I saw you, and even if we weren't mates, I'd think that you are cute. And instead of being a weirdo, if you had just asked me for my number that day, I would have probably given it to you." I chuckle and say in mind link "So because we are mates, then you must think I'm absolutely adorable?"

She sighs now with her real voice and shifts her body to me. I look at her with nothing but lust swimming in my eyes as she continues "I wasn't finished, can you shut up for a couple minutes?" I hated the tone she used with me. But I just nod. "Anyways to not make this so theatrical, long story short. Now that I know you weren't lying. And obviously because we've both marked each other I'm willing to give this the best i can. Andalsoi'msorrythatiliedtoyouthiswholetimeaboutnotfeelingthesparksever."

Even though she mumbled the last words I understood her clearly but just to tease her I lean in to her and say "I'm sorry, I didn't get that last part." She rolls her eyes "I'm not saying it again." I grab her face in my hands and kiss her hard, when I pull away I say "Do you think I didn't know you were lying?"

She gets up suddenly, she yawns and puts her arms straight up and stretches "I think EVERYONE  knew I was lying." I laugh at her. She says "What are you laughing at Mr. Shirtless?" I got up then too, "What? your afraid someone will see me like this, and try to steal me away from you?" Arabella scoffs out "Yes Will, the bees and garden spiders." I say"You're so mean." Arabella yawns again "I'm honestly just ready to sleep. I'm so done with this day."

I abruptly pick up Arabella bridal style, and start walking out of the garden, towards my house. Arabella just leans her head against my chest, with her eyes closed.

Arabella's Perspective:

But as you have it, the day definitely wasn't done with us though. As soon as we entered the door. Around fifty of William's pack members, including Will's mother,his dad, Sophie, Nico, Michael, Loren, and a guy named Sami that I had yet to meet, were all in the gigantic living room. What was weird is that I didn't see Ryker anywhere, but I wanted too. I would have thought at the reveal of me really being the chosen one, he would have came to see me. Maybe I was just over thinking things. I don't know.

When I had seen everyone. I had taken a deep breath and dreaded whatever was coming within the next couple hours, because I just wanted to fucking sleep. On top of everything that I didn't want right now, I looked like utter trash. I was wearing extra baggy sweatpants that kept falling down. And a baggy pull over sweater, I wish I at-least had a bra on or something.

Christopher and Nina had a pasta as a dinner served to everyone, and drinks, I had a plate of pasta but I didn't drink at all. I felt like I would have passed out if I had any alcohol.

Everyone came up to us pretty much one by one and congratulated me on shifting and on marking Will. I felt a bit embarrassed that everyone was talking about our intimate moment so openly, but I got over it, knowing this was my life now. Will said "I'm so sorry. I know you wanted to rest." through mind link as I was lovingly getting hugged by somebody else I didn't know. Sophie was laughing at me the whole night because of how uncomfortable I was.

I don't know how I maneuvered out of another congrats by a couple that was coming my way and snuck away to the washroom. I had to pee for like the past hour. After I washed and dried my hands I looked at myself in the mirror. All my wounds and scratches had healed. And hair looked shinier. Something was different about me. It's like I had matured in the past few hours. Or shedded my old skin. I washed and dried my face, tried to tame my crazy curly hair and checked my breath, thank god it was fine.

I pulled the strings of my sweats tightly and tied a knot before walking out. When I walked out another couple came to congratulate me. I said thank you to them as the woman who looked about my age said "I already know you are going to be a wonderful Luna after the mating ceremony." The mating what? I just kindly said thanks and made my way over to William.

When he wrapped an arm around my waist, that just got me more pissed off. Through mind link I say "Hey can you please tell everyone to go home? We need to talk." William responds back "Yes." At that moment Wills demeanour changes and he says in his loud authoritative tone "Okay everyone. It's almost twelve! And most of you have got training at seven am. Beta Michael will see you on the grounds then. Have a goodnight everyone. Thank you for the kind gesture."

I hugged Nina, Christopher, Sophie, Michael, Loren, and my new friend Sami goodnight and then headed upstairs to change my clothes. As I just finished putting on a baggy long sleeved shirt over body. Will came in to the room.

As soon as he came in, he locked the door, and walked towards me very quickly. He snaked his arms around my waist and kissed me with an intensity that made me feel like I could fall to my knees. Also it made me forget how I wanted to ask Will about what the hell a Mating Ceremony was? Within a few seconds, he picked me up by the back of my thighs and walked over to the bed.

He laid me down, then quickly was hovering over me. Holding himself up by his arms. I locked my legs around him. He started kissing my neck and slowly descended down to my collar bones. With one of his hands he stroked me up and down the right side of my body. I started giggling because it tickled.
