Jiwon was greeted by the stares that were all darted at her after taking a step in her classroom. She bowed respectfully, addressed and apologized for being late to the teacher present before she sat down.
"Since it's homeroom, I should be playing a movie right now but I have to announce something to you guys." Mrs. Han broke the ice and proceeded to explain that the intramural event will happen out of school and it's sponsored by a resort owned by a Lee family.
The students murmured and asked all the Lees present in the class but none of them owned it. The teacher clapped her hands to signal them to be silent. She then turned on the monitor to show a PowerPoint on the screen. "Your PE teachers have decided the team captains for each sport," she paused then clicked to show the next slide. "Please go to them personally later during lunch break if you want to sign up. Remember, one sport per student. You can only do two if you're a substitute."
Jiwon's eyes scanned through the screen to look for badminton. Lee Dohyun it read. "Am I cursed or something? Who am I kidding, he's a varsity player! Should I just choose the Zumba marathon because Lucy is the head?" She thought and sighed in frustration.
